            Our recent trip to Switzerland and Paris, booked through TravelTriangle, had its highs and lows. While the overall planning was satisfactory, there were some challenges that impacted our experience. Despite booking well in advance, we didn't receive them until the day our journey commenced. Additionally, one of the hotels booked for us did not meet our expectations. Instead of the double bed accommodation we had requested, we were provided with a twin bed room, which was disappointing. However, amidst these challenges, the standout was the exceptional support we received from Yeeshu during a moment of crisis. Unfortunately, we lost our passports during the trip, but Yeeshu went above and beyond to assist us throughout the journey, ensuring we could complete our trip without further complications. Despite the setbacks, we acknowledge that the overall planning was commendable. The itinerary crafted by TravelTriangle allowed us to experience the essence of both destinations, and their customer service, particularly Yeeshu's assistance, was invaluable during our time of need.             Our trip to Switzerland and France turned out to be quite smooth and hasslefree as the hotel bookings and tickets to the attractions were already taken care of.
