It was our first time experience with Street Romeo Travel Planner and we were more than delighted. They helped us in having a hassle-free trip. I was not happy with how few things were co -ordinated . Received the vouchers end moment leaving very little time to review . Infact the train voucher for venice was created for station very far off my hotel while there was a sation just at the walking distance (100m) from my hotel. I had to bear an expense of 50 Euro unnecessarlity for the transfer to hotel from station and i expected atleast a partial refund of my loss which never happened . Also, I had paid for the airport transfer for my return flight and its yet not reimbursed or acknowledged over mail. I just hada verbal and wats app communictaion with Yusuf. Regarding the entry tickets- considering Italy was extremely hot Collosium entry tickets were for 12pm noon , it could have been booked for an early evening or morning , I had to skip it as it was unabearbly hot . And there were lot of other gaps which i think should have been well communicated and discussed with me before they purchased the tickets (entry tickets)

Trip was amazing..Hub Holidays was really good and all arrangements were perfectly done..frankly speaking, never expected it to be so flawless..Special thanks to Shubham from Hub Holidays, for his prompt response, clear explanation and coordination..We had a wonderful time at Paris, Switzerland and Rome..little odd situation at Venice, we dint like that so much..but rest, everything was perfect!! Memorable visits at Eiffel Tower, Disneyland Paris, Mt Titlis, Colosseum, Vatican City Rome.. I shall come back to Hub Holidays again..and this was my 3rd booking through Travel Triangle... Eiffel Tower, Disneyland Paris, Mt Titlis, Colloseum, Vatican City Rome..

Pros: 1. Trip planning and coordination 2. Hotel selection - In city centers 3. Communication & Politeness 4. Good response from Anmol, and Amit when required 5. Anmol has Good experience planning trips (Europe trip for us) & he is very patient too. Provided vouchers on time 6. Helped us with trains, and bus modifications (Inter-travel) Cons: 1. We had to do follow-ups on certain things before travel which they can improve and suggest. Forex, Consuming timings for immigration checks, and places to visit. (For example, immigration will take min 1-4 hrs, and Some places like 'Lawre museum' takes more time to see everything (More than 4 hours). 2. Suggestions on currency conversions (Forex) would have been helpful. 3. Also, suggest utilizing local Metro Trains, Bus, and apps for the same to use in Paris, Swiss, and Italy Etc. 4. Delayed providing invoices/bills on request. Finally, the trip planning was awesome and we had good memories.

Overall experience was good, as a family we enjoyed the trip. One issue we faced is in travel from lugano to Italy. Flixbus was arranged. Froml ugano train station to pickup point of flix bus was not very clear. Pickup point given was general, with all baggages, so we almost missed the bus. I suggest don't provide this connection. in paris if the hotel can be in a walking distance of metro it will be good. Also in Venice if the hotel can be in venizia area it will be easier. We were in novitel, had to walk 1 km for a bus and 30 mins in bus to get to venizia We enjoyed mount titlis, kids enjoyed fifa museum and lindt chocolate factory
