Hi, Pls note agent had booked the hotel initially after the receipt of payment from us , however later asked us to move to a different hotel for one day..which was not our expectations and disappointed with this service..Agent had arranged accomodation in a different hotel and asked us to pay the extra money of 2000 INR Via Google pay.. that is not trough travel triangle..we reached hotel in the morning but paid another 2000 INR for early check-in..No clear instructions and guidance from the agent. That part needs to be improved..

Hotel room quality didnt match the photographs: The size and coordinates were same, but it wasnt surely well maintained. Several lights were not working; only the false-ceiling panel-lights were functional. Similarly there was a single functional light in washroom (the main light wasnt; though there was a functional hair-dryer). The flooring and furniture was visibly not what looks like the pictures sent (they are old). There was a terrible smell outside the room during the mornings. Overall Positives of the property: Swimming pool, beach-facing. Negatives: Not all rooms are well-maintained and I received one of the bad-rooms (not worth the premium paid; I would definitely not have complained, if the rates were couple of thousand less per night).

It was a wonderful experience. The hotel was simply superb. Good service. The front desk receptionist Deb was awesome took care of us well. I like the hotel stay very safe and cordial people. Travel Triangle I will definately suggest others. Was not picked up from the airport on time had to wait for an hour. Also my check out time was not taken care of. They were rushing us which the agent should have taken care of. Finally it was a beautiful stay Everything.

Overall, a good experience. Trip string peoples are very cooperative and helpful. I was a little disappointed with our stay because the quote mentioned a "Scirocco resort," but when we arrived, it looked more like a residential flat. Also, we were informed that we could not use the swimming pool without a swimming costume, which was not told to us when we booked. It should be included or informed so that we can easily understand the property of stay and book another property as needed.

I was just searching around in Google to have a package trip to Goa on 75th Independence of India where the Portuguese were maintaining their rule till 19thDec 1961 . Suddenly this website came up and I made credential in it. After that two agent contacted with me. Aeroplane Hospitality is one of them. In Aeroplane Hospitality "Manish" is the person who took care all the trip of Mine. He is a such a nice person with his humble personality. I appreciate it. I called Manish uncountable times but Manish received all the Calls of mine with soft nature like "Haanji Sir". I appreciate it. Moreover Aeroplane Hospitality is maintaining positive professional approach because they are not making any customer confused. As I said earlier that other trip advisor contacted with me, the person sent me n numbers of screenshot against Aeroplane Hospitality just after i confirm the booking. But Aeroplane Hospitality was still maintaining their true professional approach to me. And never said anything about other other trip advisor. I should suggest if you are planning to come Goa please contact with Manish of Aeroplane Hospitality. Now cab service is another feature of it where Mr. Olen is taking care. He is also a nice person. Now come to the hotel. Nimbus Neelam the Glitz.... Just WoW. Yes it's true that the hotel is not near to the beach but ambiance is enough to stay and fill the old goa culture. All over I write these words just because of Manish of Aeroplane Hospitality. Thanks Manish and Aeroplane Hospitality for making this trip wonderful. Note: To the travel triangle... Hotel rooms were not cleaned properly. Bed sheets were not washed properly. The cost was very high for the overall deal provided. Service provider suggested that the property is an hour away from airport however it was more than 2 hours away which wasted alot of time during travel.
