Thank you team and Laxmi, All went good in our trip. Goa and hotel booked was good. All days were spent fruitfully to build memories. Driver was good, very understanding. Only concern is cot in room was not king size, which I had requested for in the beginning and felt a bit uncomfortable.

I had bad experience of this trip because of the Gotrippi so called my travel agent, didn’t deliver what we agreed on the room they showed me was different and actual room was in very condition, with seepage everywhere. Instead of changing my room Gotrippi agent were trying to convince me to stay there for the night anyway I don’t have any option. Somehow we passed our 1 night in shoddy room. On last day for cruise booking the Gotrippi travel agent Bhavin took 8500 rupees for 2 persons booking but actually its 6000 only upon asking he said it’s tax and charges, how 6000 tickets have 2500 tax??? Anyway when I asked for the invoice he stopped relying to me even after taking multiple follow ups. The extra amount I paid it goes in his pocket directly which not happen. I would strongly suggest don’t plan your trip with Gotrippi they are very unprofessional and they don’t have any contacts with the property owners. I am regretting that I selected Gotrippi my travel agent. Riva is one of the best white sand beach resort and I really loved the positive vibes of Santana beach resort

Our stay at Agonda Serenity was very good. Decent rooms, good service and food was manageable as well. Our stay at Woodhouse was not a great experience. The room they gave us did not had water, the room they changed us to had stinky wardrobes, staff need more training/professionalism. Breakfast plates were stained and not clean The cab (during checkout at Calangute) reached 30mins late and instead of an innova we got an ertiga for 6+1 travellers. Because the cab reached late, we reached the airport just 45mins beforer the flight scheduled departure time. End to End planning must be better than this for the premium rates we paid for your service. Especially when we are travelling with family and kids.

First of all the trip is amazing. And all credits goes to my agent who planned the trip very well so special thanks to Samsad. Hotels are too good and location are amazing. he guide me very welll and drivers are too good and supportive. at the end of driver who need to drop us at goa airport is very rude and his behave is very rude that is the one part which i feel bad aprt from that all goes very good. Thanks a lot again samsad.

Had a great family trip. My wife and kids were very happy with the trip. The Hotel (Santana Beach Resort, Candolim ) was very neat & clean. The bed, the linen, were clean & hygienic. The food was awesome and with lot of variety in breakfast menu. I received continuous support from Mr. Aman from Maximum Holidays DMC . The daily tours were well coordinated. All the cab drivers were well-versed and very helpful. Looking forward to another trip with Travel Triangle soon !!!!

Services of travel agent and transport were excellent. Our cab driver Mr. Ashok was very humble and co operative. Hotel was good but staff services were average. Overall experience was good.

Well the trip was organized well, special thanks to Ms. Khushi who was picking the calls at odd hours also. Pick-up and drop to airport vehicles and the drivers have scope for improvement. Otherwise the daily vehicles for the tour were good.

I have booked my trip through Dream Planner. My trip advisor is Mr.Parveen Kumar. He got us very affordable deal with one of the best beach side hotels in GOA. Firstly, I had booking in the month of Feb-2022 but because of some personal reason I need to postpone the trip. Mr.Parveen helped me to extend the bookings for hotel to Sep-2022. I got almost 6 months of extension which is very helpful for me. He took care to book rooms with very good view. He arranged Pick-up and Drop along with two days of sightseeing in the package including. We never felt that he overcharged us anywhere. Also, he made contact time to time from his side to make sure things are OK with us. He knows the Goa very well and can guide you at any point of confusion. I feel fortunate that I took the deal from Dream Planner.

On a whole it was a bad experience from the hotel perspective. And the hotel was suggested by Travel Agent and not at all worth the cost. It was a disastrous experience right from AC repair to HOT Water issues, murky bedsheets and even worse was bed bugs and lizard in baby crib. Nothing
