      Had a great trip to goa by Goa Originals agency. The people at agency and hotel were friendly. thanks to Aniket Kumar from Goa originals for arranging the stay. The stay at Casa comforts resorts was good. However the restaurant is undergoing maintenance so could not get the full access to the resort and its amenities. The breakfast buffet was not available since the restaurant is under maintainence but the agency did arranged the breakfast on the menu will selected items as buffet. Overall the trip was good compared to the service charge.

      Travel agent was good. quite responsive, but even after paying my total amount he dint pay the due at the hotel, nd so the receptionist made us wait to get a room til the due was paid. Rest everything was good.

      1. The hotel is too far from the city. Not possible to enjoy night view of Goa. 2. The payment system in the hotel is not suitable. They demanded cash payment only. 3. Tiolet and bathroom was not clean 4. Hotel entrace lane is not good.

      It has been great experience with traveltriangle . Loved the service given by them. Budget friendly. Some negative side which need improvements : 1) cab drivers asked me to pay parking charges which was not told me earlier 2) as per package I was supposed to get car dezire or sadan for sightseeing but I got old wagnar which door was not getting from inside.every time driver has to get down and opened the door. 3) Hotel was not as expected Sightseeing driver was a good person Enjoyed alot in shared taxi( would recommend to take a ride once)

      They promised me to get Riva beach resort and I have paid my first installment for Riva beach. Since the paid amount is non-refundable, we are forced to go with travel agent choice ie., Regenta Place, which I am not interested in. The assigned hotel (Regenta Place) should be cheaper than Riva but they charged the same price.

      Overall, a good experience. Trip string peoples are very cooperative and helpful. I was a little disappointed with our stay because the quote mentioned a "Scirocco resort," but when we arrived, it looked more like a residential flat. Also, we were informed that we could not use the swimming pool without a swimming costume, which was not told to us when we booked. It should be included or informed so that we can easily understand the property of stay and book another property as needed.

I requested for dish recharge to both owner and caretaker from TT but it did not happen fo required set of channels.

      It's policies are little irritating to the customer in case of cancellation due to unfortunate incidents due to any national issues. In the same situation, other travel partners and airline partners were very much flexible and issues got resolved quickly. In case of Travel Triangle if you confirm your booking, then don't expect anything back even if your booking got cancelled due to life threatening situation. Be aware of it's policies before booking!
