      Its's 5 days trip to Goa

      So this is the detailed review for our last trip to Goa by GoTrippi Highlights: First hotel booked was not actually a hotel but a resort. The resort was in a good location and way to beach was from inside the resort only. Staff was also good. We were welcomed with welcome drinks and garlands there. Definitely recommend this hotel. Cabs: Cabs provided to us were having good drivers. Didn't faced any issue. Lowlights: 2nd hotel provided to us was not good. It was hotel Casa and I don't recommend this to couples who are travelling with kid. Staff was also not very good. We changed our room as the fan was not working properly and the AC too was having issues. Other room given to us was also having issues with AC and fan. Back of the bed was carved which was not safe at all for kids. Although beach is around 5-10 mins walking distance. There was no buffet for breakfast as we were told guests are very less. Private vehicle: As clearly mentioned in the itinerary we were supposed to have all private transfers. On the day we were to reach cruise, we were given bus which was not mentioned. Other things were good and coordination by "GoTrippi" With Lakshmi was also great.

      I am sharing this after my trip completed. Pickup and drop service was on the time with the best entertaining driver and they were very polite . Hotel was very awesome which was beyond our expectations and the complementary breakfast in the hotel was excellent with very good Taste ( Karishma Grand resort) Transportation for sightseeing arrangements were excellent. They will pick us from our hotel and they will drop us in our hotel after sightseeing . In sightseeing they will give a complete clarification of the day For lunch also they will choose us best restaurant to dine . Though we had faced some problems with the changed hotel, you handled it swiftly and efficiently. Thanks for your support and prompt response. The driver was very cooperative, polite and friendly. His driving skills were excellent and safe. In addition he was well travelled and well informed. We Enjoyed the all the tourist spots. Special thanks to Raj ( Razzar) who assisted us right from the beginning that's from the planning stage till the end of the trip. He clarified all our doubts, modified our trip as per our wishes and guided us throughout the trip. Updated us on the activities well in advance also was available on call 24/7 when in need. Package included: North Goa Sight Seeing , South Goa sight seeing, Water Sports ( banana ride ,jet sky , bumper ride ,paralising) and Scuba Diving with free scuba diving video . 5 days/4 nights spent well in Goa. We are back with loads of photoes/videos and lifetime wonderful memories. We look forward to collaborating with you in future.

      The very poor hotel (De Grand Riviera) provided, everything was different, unhygienic, dirty, and pathetic, later Mr. Ashok upgraded with an extra amount and that hotel was a little better but the complimentary breakfast quality was pathetic

      It was a great experience. Thank you. Some suggestions - the driver who picked us up from airport was driving extremely fast which was unsafe. Also kindly arrange the package in such a way that the checkout timing is well suited with our flight timings. We checked out at 12 because it was the rule and flight were at 7:20 in the evening.
