      I have booked my trip through Dream Planner. My trip advisor is Mr.Parveen Kumar. He got us very affordable deal with one of the best beach side hotels in GOA. Firstly, I had booking in the month of Feb-2022 but because of some personal reason I need to postpone the trip. Mr.Parveen helped me to extend the bookings for hotel to Sep-2022. I got almost 6 months of extension which is very helpful for me. He took care to book rooms with very good view. He arranged Pick-up and Drop along with two days of sightseeing in the package including. We never felt that he overcharged us anywhere. Also, he made contact time to time from his side to make sure things are OK with us. He knows the Goa very well and can guide you at any point of confusion. I feel fortunate that I took the deal from Dream Planner.

      On a whole it was a bad experience from the hotel perspective. And the hotel was suggested by Travel Agent and not at all worth the cost. It was a disastrous experience right from AC repair to HOT Water issues, murky bedsheets and even worse was bed bugs and lizard in baby crib. Nothing

      It was well xo ordinated trip,hotel , transportation food everything thing was perfect.Due to the rush at the hotel,first day we were placed to a smaller room .but when it was highlighted to our agent,he immediately contacted the hotel and immediately made the changes we got an upgrade category ,which was a water front villa.Hotel is too close to the beach and lot of food options(shacks) near by. It was an awesome stay at the hotel,it's so close to the beach ,view is just awesome, especially the sunset timme!!!

      I had bad experience of this trip because of the Gotrippi so called my travel agent, didn’t deliver what we agreed on the room they showed me was different and actual room was in very condition, with seepage everywhere. Instead of changing my room Gotrippi agent were trying to convince me to stay there for the night anyway I don’t have any option. Somehow we passed our 1 night in shoddy room. On last day for cruise booking the Gotrippi travel agent Bhavin took 8500 rupees for 2 persons booking but actually its 6000 only upon asking he said it’s tax and charges, how 6000 tickets have 2500 tax??? Anyway when I asked for the invoice he stopped relying to me even after taking multiple follow ups. The extra amount I paid it goes in his pocket directly which not happen. I would strongly suggest don’t plan your trip with Gotrippi they are very unprofessional and they don’t have any contacts with the property owners. I am regretting that I selected Gotrippi my travel agent. Riva is one of the best white sand beach resort and I really loved the positive vibes of Santana beach resort

      Villa was comfortable and nice. Staff were courteous too. Place is very near to the beech, restaurants and Many attractions. Only, on the we were leaving, our flight was in the evening but we had to check out by 12 Noon as the Villa Supervisor could not provide even a small accommodation for a couple of hours extra..

      I asked for a English speaking driver. They gave me a hindi driver. Last day cab was changed but I was not informed. The cab was in a very bad condition. The driver dropped me in the airport at 2.30pm for 7.30pm flight. He didn't stop anywhere for lunch after my request. It was disppointing. Some more places could have been added in the itenary.

The resort was good that’s Riva Beach resort , in mandrem but the place itself is little isolated the resort is good . I doubt if any one would have any complaint over there .       There was very less time as we planned this trip in a hurry. Manish assisted us way throughout with many hotel options. Finally we chose Fairmont Marriott at Anjuna. I somewhere feel the agents deals with these hotels on a daily basis hence they should be aware about the hotel rooms and conditions. We were travelling with an infant and the room given to us was so small that even the bed couldn't accommodate my baby, it was so small. The room didn't have any space for movement. I did request for an upgrade but it didn't happen. The amount charged was fairly decent however on a higher range considering the off season...mostly the hotel was empty but still I was told it's completely sold out. There has to be transparency in these kind of information..we did face space shortage in the room due to which my baby was uncomfortable for 4 days during the trip. Apart from the hotel issue...my baby still enjoyed the most as it was his first vacation
