Dr's 3 days trip to Goa

I had booked a stay for 15 couples in Goa on Fab 16-18th 2024 through travel triangle. It was a harrowing experience getting in touch with them to confirm payments and get a clear answer regarding our bookings. It took them 2-3 months to reconcile all our payments. The person to coordinate from Trip Advisor would not pick up my phone and I was later told that it was because her number had been changed. Does not explain lack of response on email. A simple receipt of payment received and confirmation of hotel booking is too much to ask for from them. Since some members were coming from abroad it was a nightmare assuring everyone that the trip was on despite no confirmations from trip triangle. I came this close to cancelling the booking 3-4 times frustrated by their unprofessional attitude.

The hotels was up to our expectations except one or two incidents, which were swiftly attended by the management and the cabs organised by the agent was up to the mark and there was on time pick up and drop to the location. Hotel is definitely not 4star as claimed. Considering that, the price charges seems to be on higher side. Beach and main pubs/joints are bit far so unless you have your own vehicle, this is not a good location. Rooms service was good and food too was good Smooth check in process

Hotel is nice...but doesnt maintained they will.tell u that pehle owner alag tha nd all to give xplanatn of review but dont believe them...specially dont belive agent bhavya patel. .he is only there to dig money by fake promises...about hotel breakfast place is suffocated .. I have given 2 stars for rooms and cleanliness of room...swimming pool is not at all clean all 3 days.. Though it looks very nice in pictures ...driver of cab was very nice ..helpful polite.. 5 stars for francis....
