Travel triangle service agent was not reachable even after calling multiple times. Even the customer support and reporting junior listened to my problem but never called back to resolve the issue. At last I stopped calling and gave up my refund of RS.900.

Hotels were amazing, cabs were good and in nice condition, travel advisors are just a call away if needed throughout the trip. Every thing was according to the itinerary provided. Just one drawback was there , the water sports activities which were handed over to anil rathod, were not satisfactory. There were 4 to 5 activities and each operator will give the least possible ride time and if you ask them to provide it properly , they will ask for some extra money.

Karan's 5 days trip to Goa

Our trip was efficaciously organized by Amit and his team. The hotel and staff were really good and we did not have to worry about the hassles of payments to different parties. It was all managed by Traveltriangle. We faced some issues with the driver partner, Mr. Olen's team where in on one hand while some of the drivers helped us explore the city, others were outright rude and short tempered. Amit helped us as much as possible to make the trip a great experience. I would surely suggest the cab drivers' quality to be improved since the prime concern of a traveller is his safety, but apart from that everything was great. The beauty of Goa mesmerized us without doubt and I am excited for the next trip with Traveltriangle.

Thanks Trip String for arranging the Goa trip. Hotel was very good but only disappointment was about the cab service. Trip String agent had given commitment of 8 hour site seeing but driver was always asking for money if there's some extra time after 7 hours. I would never recommend my friends about the cab service because even though it was package booking, the driver was always asking money. 300/hour after 7 hours, which is unacceptable.
