                          Preethi Sharma from Back to Holidays arranged this trip. She understood our requirements and came up with itenary covering all the places that should be visited in Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. Hotel in Delhi was not as promised, it was just basic, we didn't had pleasant stay there due to various issues we faced in that hotel. However Agra and Jaipur hotels were awesome and perfect. Driver was very kind and polite however since he was not local he couldn't assist much in planning our visit to various places in Delhi. However he was able to guide us well @ Jaipiur. Overall it was a wonderful trip. Extremely happy with the service provided by the travel agent "PREETHI SHARMA". I interacted with her many times before the trip and she never hesitated in taking calls and clarifying my doubts. Heartfelt thanks to Preethi Sharma for planning and organizing this trip :)

                          Mohd Ameed (Tourepedia) and our driver Surendra were fantastic for our trip covering Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur. I was very pleased with the ability to customise the tour package as per our requirements so we could squeeze in an extra day of sightseeing in Jaipur. I was also very happy with Surendra as he was exceptionally professional, spoke English well, answered questions along the drive, drove safely and provided seatbelts in the back of the car. Everything was exceptional. The only thing that could've made the trip better was if Surendra was able to also be our guide for the sights, or if Tourepedia was able to pre-negotiate tour guides at the necessary sites.                           Except Rockland hotel in Delhi rest of the hotels in Agra and jaipur are very good and trip coordinator Manoj supports throughout the trip with the request we made. And felt cheated regarding guide service in Jaipur his name is vikram, we didn't know company will pay him and paid additional 2000 for his service. Regarding driver service is too good except speed limits even in express way he maintained 80km only as per company policy he said could have improved going forward Thank you for your hospitality and support to make our trip a memorable one.

                          I intentionally made a decision to take tour with Back to Holidays though I knew that I’m paying way more because I’m taking my mother with me. The coordinator Homendra is very good in assisting us but the cab driver who was rude and tried to skip a lot of places. The hotel SunStar in Delhi was pretty decent. There was a hot water problem and when contacted the receptionist, he said we will have to managed for a day with normal water which was very cold in Feb. They did not provide us welcome drink also. The Regal Vista hotel in Agra was good enough. Driver kept trying to make us to take guide in every place to get him a commission. The very last day, for the drop to airport, the driver himself arranged a local taxi which was in pathetic condition and the taxi driver was also rude in communicating with us.

                          We had booked our Golden triangle tour through Traveolla Holidays of Travel triangle. Ashima was very helpful right from the beginning and helped in planning a perfect trip. She was very supportive throughout even when I made some last minute changes. The driver allocated Rajesh was the best driver and person we have had in any of our trips till date . Very patient and a good guide throughout. We will cherish lovely memories of this trip for ever.

                          The hotel in Agra and Ranthambore we're good But the one in Delhi was not good... The travel agent was not readily available..and there was a major goodup with our jungle safari...I thought the safari was booked by agent.. which was not ..and the had no idea safaris have to be booked months prior..so we ended up going to ranthambore and not going on a tiger safari.i think the travel agent should have guided us regarding this. Overall management of the travel agent was not good Tajmahal of course

                          Local cab in Delhi was not upto the mark. While you travel there shouldn't be a time limit of releasing the cab by 5pm no matter whether it is local tour or not..How can you expect tourist to be inside the hotel room by 5pm in the evening and that too in Delhi? Apart from this last day local tour problem rest was excellent

                          Over all the trip was good but not excellent. We had good time as it was a big family trip (12 members) but not with the tourist attractions or other facilities. Delhi the hotel was good and the food was excellent, but Agra was total opposite were the food and the hotel was bad except the tourist attractions. The itinerary was not well planned as we had less time but more places to visit. Next time i guess i will also have to do some preparation before i go with all the options you provide. Thank you .

                          It was my first trip with my mother and I wanted it to be perfect. Amazing tour and travels made sure to make this trip memorable one for me. They were very co-operative, flexible and helpful, (when and wherever required. The hotels booked by them were really good. My most important concern was safety , bcoz there was no senior male member travelling with us and my mother was travelling for the first time, but they made us feel very comfortable nd safe. I really appreciate their services nd support. Stay at Mathura in Spiti hotel was really good experience and the cafe attached to it enabled us to spend time there till 11 pm. Chokhi dhani was another memorable experience though they charged us extra for driving us till there but it was worth it.
