          This was a maiden trip through Travel triangle, and i was a bit apprehensive. Aarti Travels , arranged the tour of 4 nights and 5 days. Mr Samir of Arti travels was highly professional. The entire tour arrangements were awesome. Mr Wasim Bhai the driver was well behaved,helpful,courteous and a good guide. I would like to thank, Mr Sameer for being accessible all the time . All thanks to these guys. :-) Right from Services of Travel Agent to the cab services and the hospitality received in the hotels, everything was commendable. Gir Safari, Nagoa Beach, Darshan at Somnath, Nageshwar Jyotirlinga and Dwarkadheeah Temple, Beyt Dwarka, Palaces, Rann Utsav of Kutchh.

          The hotels provided were of good quality. Worth the money, but had issues in Rann of Kutch initially. The hotel we decided first was Rann village resort. The day we were supposed to go there the operator informs that they have booked wrong hotel. Had to convince the de voyager limited that they can't downgrade than what they promised. The travel vehicle which was there to receive initially wasn't informed about the total people arrival and we had to wait for an hour almost to get it changed and loaded. Though the vehicle had lot of hiccups from power steering belt cuts, to punture to tyre blasts finally making us travel in open top jeep as the spare tire had no air literally. The nail in the coffin was the tempo traveller on last day for our sightseeing to statue of unity was changed without prior notice and unsuitable for 13 people as the last seat didn't have back rest.when asked for a change the tour operator rudely said if you want to go then go if not cancel I can't help more. I wish no one takes de voyager services . It was literally worst planned service as they don't give a realistic idea of no of hours of travel. They don't give a idea before hand that tickets to gir and statue of unity gets sold out pre hand and we had to book. They don't tell you the time when you have to visit what place. Very poorly planned. The only best memory is that we got to see lord Somnath temple in a very amazing way

          The "Treebo trends ambassador" in ahmedabad was the worst one from the hotels i have been provided in my entire trip. The manager was very rude,services were pathetic and above all the foods .... the worst in every aspect.. they didnt even provide us the option from dinner menu.. infact they decided on there own that we should be provided VEGETERIAN menus only without even asking to us.....

          Driver was good. Itinerary planning was little poor. They have note considered that so many attractions are closed on Monday. On Somnath we couldn't cover all things since they were placed into next day's plan. Hotels were not upto the mark. Specially Sun Plaza at Somnath was terrible. Please exclude this hotel for all other travellers so that you will not receive negative reviews. It was not at all 3 star. It was like staying at normal lodge. Hotel Manek Svasti was good, staff and facilities were nice. Sun plaza was horrible. Lords Inn at Vadodara was okay. Bait Inn at Ahmedabad was again bad. Spending an evening at dwarka beach.

          Everything was good.We enjoyed the tour.Only thing we didn't like was hotels.You could have provided still better hotels in good areas...or you have to insist the hotel incharge to improve the cleanliness.The bedsheets were stinking and dusty.

          While entire trip planning was good, all hotels except United 21 Vanvaso at Gir were Good / Very Good, Transport & Driver were also good, we feel customer connect was little poor, specially when its about customer quires / doubt clearing. However, Staff of the Travel agent was good and supportive. We will never recommend United 21 Vanvaso at Gir to any other friends / relatives.

          The driver of the trip was very rude .With elderlies ans senior citizen on board and he did not cooperate at all.He used to drop at far off places especially in Somnath where other cab drivers were dropping the passengers at the nearby point but our driver stopped the cab at city parking point. Similar behaviour was observed at other places as well. He refused to stop the car when there was a need for natures call to a kid.

          Hotel sun plaza was a local hotel not a 3 star hotel :basic ammemties were missing, no dental kit, no hot water, hole in bedsheet, infrastructure was not so great was outdated, they were giving ro water in a jug for drinking water(normally in good hotels they provide mineral water bottles) In one of the room kettle and glasses were missing, when we asked about dental kit they told.us that their stock has been depleted.. Rest of the trip was wonderful.
