              We booked a trip to Gujarat (Ahmadabad, Dwarka, Somnath, Diu and Gir) through Aarti tour and travels during the Christmas season. The driver, Mr Pancholi was very polite and courteous for most of the trip and the hotels except for the first night were very cosy and comfortable. The driver also guided us throughout the locations. The agents service was prompt and when we raised the issue that our first night at the hotel wasn't very comfortable, he made sure that we were given better rooms on our return leg stay. Would recommend Daksh at Gir for stay and Krishna Beach resort in Diu. In all a very decent trip at a competitive pricing.

              Overall trip was nice... But the driver was a lot impatient to pick us up or wait at the designated parking giving reasons of the parking charges etc., he didn't stop for shopping much saying these are the only shops here etc., Accommodation were okay not too bad ....

              My experience with them is gud I am satisfied wth their service except the hotel experience in sonmarg.. Hotel name is Heritage. They have served cold breakfast even at 8 am and also room was stinking. Bit was not 3 star hotel

              A very co operative travel agent. Amended the tour package as per the requirement. Just a suggestion could have reduced 12 hrs at Dwarka and should have added that in Ahmedabad. Rest all plan was good. Driver could act more like a guide for tour package if possible. Thank you

              I had booked a trip for senior citizens. Some of the experiences were shocking and way below standards since we had requested for 3 star and 4 star hotels. 1. First hotel in Dwarka, the group reached post midnight and were provided unclean rooms with used towels, torn bedsheet, used soap in the room. After complaining to the agent, the hotel manager apologised and gave a clean room and some dinner discounts to make up. 2. The travel agent missed booking gir safari tickets which was a huge blow for us. While booking it was clearly mentioned that gir safari is the most important for the group, how can an agent miss it. At the last moment we found a safari is available in girnar and the agent helped us get it. But it was still not gir. 3. Last day in Ahmedabad only 2 double bed was provided (one suite room and one normal room) while we had booking voucher for 3 rooms. 3 senior citizens had to sleep on the floor. The hotel manager said one suite room is equivalent to 2 rooms and asked us to adjust with the mattress on the floor. This is 1 am in the night with no option to go for another hotel. 4. The driver and vehicle provided were very very good. The one thing we appreciated in the trip arrangement. While the agent was always available on call, these issues shouldn't have come up at all. Missing booking tickets, proactively not confirming with the hotels about rooms being ready before the guests arrive is a clear negligence on the agent's part. We felt this was just another booking for them and efforts were not taken to make the trip a memorable one for the customer.

              Good Services by Traveltriangle. Location of Hotel Somnath gate way was not good. Lots of fishy smell was coming. It was very irriting. But room amenities was good. Somnaath & Dwarika visit.

              Few points would like to highlight with respect to the Travel agent and the hotel provided at Vadodara 1. We expect proactive agent who updates the customer in a timely manner and not the other way around. We were clueless of the driver details when we landed in Ahmedabad and there was no sign of driver information for us to contact, we had to contact back the agent who in turn arranged a different driver at the 11th hour. The driver had to go back to his house to collect his clothes and other belongings. 2. This is with respect to the hotel provided at Vadodara where frequent power cuts would create lot of nuisance as we had to contact the hotel staff eachbtome and they too weren't so cooperative until we had to give them monetary tip. The boiler wasn't working for early morning bath. In all the staff attitude n service were below par. We enjoyed the the Diu experience as the beach was in close proximity to the hotel provided.

              It was a good experience. However there was too much travel on road. Out of 8 days, 2 full days were spent traveling. It was quite tiring. Better planning of longer stay in hotels rather than checking out within 1 or 2 days would have helped. There was hardly any time spent in the resort. Gir Jungle safari and stay in Tent City Narmada was awesome. Great experience.

              My parents wanted to travel Gujrat and though TT i got in touch with De Voyger. They did an excellent job starting from designing the itinerary catering to my wishes to dropping my parents to the airport. Special shout out to Trupti Madam who was always available to address our concerns. The driver discontinued in the middle but a replacement was quickly given. Thanks De Voyger for the service. Hotels were upgraded without additional charges.

              I am Radhakrishnan travelling with family of 4 members almost all main sightseeing areas of Gujarat and found it extra convenient and comfortable in s brand new Kia Carens, a good driver like a family member and tour guide... And special mention to one of their staff Payal Solanki who guide me for the whole comfortable journey. Only negative part is that Hotel Clark Collection charged 18 %GST for fooding their restuarant but all other hotels charged only 5%GST ... Please note that it's against rules
