      1.Travel agent should explain/include every detail of the sightseeing. For example - one of my sightseeing includes swimming, but my travel agent did not told us about the swimming. So, we did not come prepared for the swimming. 2. Travel agent should have told that some of these sightseeing are not worth it. Or it is only popular tourist attraction and the scenic view is average only. For example they have to tailored the itenary as per the taste of customer. Or should have send real photos/videos of the places. 3. Some of the travel agents did not reach out to us after giving their first offer/quotation. Atleast they have to message or call once a day to know the customer expectations. I know there were times when there is too much rush, but these small steps gave customer a satisfaction. And they did not feel leftout. Smooth travel experience with nice and tasty food. Hotels and hostel choices are also good.

      We booked six nights and five days to vietnam and cambodia holiday. Must say the travel agent was available 24/7 in wattsap and was helpful through out the trip.cab drivers were on time, hotels were too good ,walkable distance to shopping markets. The biggest minus was two days got wasted in airport ,travel agent should have booked interconnecting flights either at late night or early morning. Secondly we felt the amount they charged for the entire trip was too high and it wasn't worth it .I WOULD SUGGEST ITS BETTER PLANNED BY SELF THAN BY AN AGENT

      The room booked was 3 star hotel they told us it's 4 star hotel.. first day there was no power in the hotel only early morning we had to get ready and go but it was very dark.. they told everything was included for nin bin tour but we had to pay extra money which was included in package..

      All things were good, but they could have suggested for one day stay at Bana Hill and some show was there but it was not on particular day on which we went. Secondly, Ninh Binh is not worth going, so they could have suggested that. All in all, the trip was good. Jenny, our trip advisor was exceptional in everything.
