        Memorable trip except that more time spent on travelling. We felt we could have travelled less places and spent more time in each place. Pls do not suggest ' mount view annexy' at Joshimath to anyone. All wash rooms are leaking water and stinking. They in fact changed our room but in that room also tap problem. Drainage cum rain water running in front of the hotel. But the people at reception were very nice. Just that they are not maintaining wash rooms.         Trip was totally mis organized. Hotel option given was too far from sight seeing in dhanualti. After prior addition of cake for my wife birthday the cake was not provided. Tried to call the agent alloted he was busy sleeping. Till date i havent rec'd a call from his side. Driver didn't had any clue about the itinerary. He said he is just been alloted the duty for 5 days thats it. He will go wherever i say. After we reached dhanulti we see that the property booked is another 60km far. Whole day was wasted in a drive only not a single sightseeing was done in dhanaulti. Hotel haut monde was pethitic in service wise. I requested for change of heater in room 4 time non of the time any person from the hotel show up and the agent was busy sleeping as i mentioned. Every hotel asked me for the payment done receipt why will i show them the receipt. This shows that there is no communication between agent side and hotel.

        Krishna Holidays arranged family trip to Uttarakhand (Rishikesh, Chopta, Joshimath, Auli) This is one of the memorable trip for us. There were unpleasant situation during my trip with Krishna Holidays team 1. Charan, Driver didn't have adequate information about my tour itinerary and we missed few places. This should have been provided by Krishna Holidays and ensure Driver understood itinerary clearly. 2. I really felt bad that Charan, Driver didn't have adequate cash during the trip.. he borrowed money from me for Fuel, a few times for Food.... Ensure that the driver has adequate money during each travel plan and the driver carries valid vehicle documents. This would really help Krishna holidays to the next level. 3. As per Itinerary (Day 4 | 24 March 2021| | Auli Sightseeing), clearly mentioned that "After breakfast Process to Auli by Ropeway, Auli Lake and skiing in Auli, Auli Himalaya Range View Point Auli to Gorsan Track then Process to Resort Check in into resort and overnight stay in Auli." But Sushmitha mentioned that Ropeway was not part of the package... it looks contradictory.... I sent email to Krishna Holidays. So far not received any response. Now I'm forced to provide feedback in public forum. Note: To ensure a smooth trip, I brought a Ropeway ticket on my own and proceeded with the trip.

Kavita and kailash from travel agency both were in touch with us through out the trip to ensure our journey was smooth. Driver was really good. Very polite and friendly. Hotels were okies except the one for Rishikesh. On a nutshell we loved the journey thoroughly and hoping to have association with Insight trip for future trips too.
