The trip was good as there was pre planned bookings. But if we review the quality of rooms the First (Mountain Valley View at Shimla) and last hotel (Moonglade at Dalhousie) was great. But the Hotels at Manali i.e. The Spruce Mention and at Dharamshala i.e. Sky Bhagshu was very normal class. Please not that the Staff at "The Spruce Mention" will try to become very nice at the time of check in but while checking out the room they try to mug the people with families by charging for various things even like bed sheet cleaning as well. And for Hotel at Dharamshala the hotel Sky Bhagshu is located in a vary crowded area and the rooms are as small as store in normal houses. We got a normal room after we argued about the room quality, otherwise they have provided a room that will end within 3-4 steps. Please update the hotel quality at the sites as we can't say that these two hotels can provide services like 3 star hotels. And about the Cab driver, we felt that he have some arrangements with various activity guys at various locations. We have booked various activities at a difference of 2-3k at various places from the guy he initially introduced us to book the activities. But the experience with Mr. Rishu Ji was nice he was supporting at every instances whereas Mr. Nikhil Rathore, who initially booked our tour package wasn't even picking up the calls. Not he ever called back. Please allow only those people to contact the customers who will support them during their trip not only just to sale their packages.

I just realized that we have been back from Himachal for 24 days now. I cannot believe we have been back that long. I am embarrassed that I took this long to get in touch with you. That said, I just wanted to tell you that we had a fantastic time on our trip. I can attest without hesitation the primary reason we had just had a great time was due to you and the care and attention you put into planning our trip. I cannot begin to tell you what a great time we had. The places you chose for us to go, the hotels, the guide Balbir, the tours were top notch. We did not have one bad day. Not one. I have passed your name on to a few others without hesitation. I will pass on some stories and pictures. Until then, I am enjoying the wonderful memories of the food, people and places we saw Himachal. Travel Triangle and Walk India did a fantastic job planning our trip to Himachal Thank you, again. You’re the best.

Trip were awesome. We enjoyed a lot.destinations and plans are truly managed. Little disappointed on hotels rooms. Out of 4, 2 Hotels were not worth what we feel. We truly recommend driver named Vikrant.well behaved person and driving skills were amazing. Must visit place..different beauty, beyond our thinking. Spent quality time.

Hi, Myself and my wife were on a trip to Himachal ( shimla- Kulu manali- Dharamsala- Dalhousie) for 8 nights and 9 days. Let me give feed back on everything . We paid huge amount for this trip , but what we got is not as per our expectations. 1) Hotels : Hotels in shimla and dalhousie and dharamsala are far from towns. And in shimla literally it took hell lot of time travelling to hotel and city in the huge traffic we have there. Food in shimla and manali is not as good as we expected. But dharamsala hotel is nice in all aspects except the distance . And I am not sure how the selection of hotels from either Travel Triangle or travel agencies happen. 2) While paying money or on itenary you do not mention any details on hill view from rooms , but later we get normal rooms with no hill view. If we ask we get reply that itne pise me itne hoga. After spending 54k just for package I don't think any customer thinks on spending 3-4 k on hill view rooms. Being in a closed rooms does not make any sense after travelling that much distance. 3) And on the travel, most of the things on itenary need us to walk or go through horses and all for which we need to spend again, u should clearly mention that on the itenary that those cant be reached by car. 4)most of the travel is simply wasted on mornings for travelling between Delhi- Shimla 12 hrs, Shimla-Manali 9-12hrs, Manali- Dharamsala 9hrs, Dharamsala- Dalhousie 4-5 hrs, again Dalhousie-Delhi 11-12 hrs, so I cam see almost 4-5 days are completely wasted on travel. Rather you should come with a good plan of organizing the travels by night and arranging local sight seeing something differently. 5) Again on the local adventure activities I can see the local authorities demand huge money with out any proper rate . Travel agencies should have tie up with some of the adventure activities organization's and provide coupons for us for normal price. We didn't perform any adventure stuff due to the huge price they demand. 6) About Driver: He is very nice, professional, humble, good and experienced on hill side driving. 1) Manali Rohtang pass , ofcourse again need to spend huge money from my pocket as there is no proper plan from travel agencies. 2) Natural beauty of Shimla and Manali .

He cheated us he said to pay the due amount on last day of trip bt in btw he forced to pay n if v didn’t pay he ll cancel all booking he threatened us by sayng all dis n by sayng he dnt trust us that ll pay at last so he said to pay us in middle of trip n v did pay bcz v dnt want to spoil our trip .. V can afford money thts Wht v tak trip this behaviour was vry exhausting...

Hotel Diamond Inn at Chandigarh was not good. Location, service and room wasn't good. Ideal tour didn't communicate about the payments in advance. Driver and hotel payments were not clarified properly.

I had a great experience in this trip of himachal. The cab driver daljit singh was very helpful, co-operative, very humble and good human being. He encouraged me in paragliding. Above all it was a wonderful trip. Hotels were good. In rohotang pass in manali, while horse riding in naldehera, while rafting in kullu and enjoying in khajjiar of dalhousie.

Shimla Apple rose stay hotel room service and cleaning not good and Dharmshala Divensh stay very worst service (Hotel cleaning and food very bad). Best service provide by Manali Hotel stay Mystry mountain Hotel and also good service and Co operation service provide by Cab Driver Khemraj ji ( very nice person ). Manali trip very awesome and hotel stay .
