            We had a great experience altogether...Pickup from the Delhi airport was prompt....safe driving by the cab driver...The hotels, we stayed were good. But extra charge for the heaters by the hotels is avoidable. The travel agencies should specify about that before. They charge 400/500 per night for the room heaters...Also the travellers may avoid going to Dalhousie where nothing much to explore..its total waste of time & money going all the way to dalhousie where you can find the kajjiar is closed....Overall its good experience through trans himalaya & Travel triangle...looking forward for the better service in our next trip

            Hotels in dolhousie & Delhi were surrounded by non-veg restaurants & its smell, including inside hotel premises. We did not have dinner for 3 days. While booking we gave clear instructions on food & clean. All hotel rooms were clean. Rest all arrangements were really good & appreciable. Another point is on payments. All hotels were demanding cash payments. While booking we suggested for usage of credit card payment. In addition, we were informed to pay 25% first on booking confirmation & rest will be on last day of tril. This has not happened. Will try once more in our next trip 1. Manali Snow point. However, the arranged cab does not have permit for this. Please consider these points in future. & Suggest us in advance. 2. Any changes in tour plan are supported for extra charges(for Attari border). In future, you can suggest changes to avoid last movement changes & extra cost. That makes will more happy...

            Hotels where really good, with nice view, clean rooms, good food. Nice experience on hotels. Cab driver was the worst very bad behaviour, used to take us to only those places which where costly and had his commission. He had a very bad way of looking towards my wife, had to warn him and use rough language then he apologized.

            Overall trip experience was satisfactory. Hotels provided were good, although hotel was changed last minute in Dharamshala and was not properly informed to us. Only issue we had was with the cab driver who was non cooperative most of the time. He didnt follow timings and was rude in behavior.

            Hotels location was not good at all. All except Divyanah Hotel were excellent. Two days of Manali wasn't needed. Stopping the cab for their payment issue was very bad.

            In Shimla we got a hotel issue but agent will resolve it in better way. in Manali Hotel room are good but hotel staff or room service is not good. In Dharamshala Hotel is excellent food is fabulous hotel view is awesome only one issue is there road approach to hotel is very bad. In Dalhouse hotel is good food is good overall good in all only view from hotel window is not good and no view from hotel window. In Amritsar hotel is Average food is also Average no issue in hotel. On driver point of view (Prakash ji) is good person but only experience in Shimla and Manali place they are very less knowledge of rest of places. In Car speed limit is issue which is bounded upto only 80 KMPH. that good for Himachal road but bad for Amritsar Highway and plan roads Over all experience of trip is good and best part is Jagdesh who is very supportive on phone.             We went on a 9 day trip to Himachal on the last week of Dec 2019. The trip was well planned and executed. The Life on Vacation agent Gaurav was very helpful and available at all the times during the trip. There was a minor hassle in couple of stays which after a few calls to gaurav was rectified properly. We expected a more on trip coordination between the agent and driver which was lacking as we had to figure out the planned places ourselves at certain times. The cab driver Kamal drove very safe to all the destinations and he was very polite. Overall it was a good experience.

            The trip was well planned by JDO . The driver was cooperative and helped us to complete the trip as well planned . To sum up , everything was well planned . Shalini and Akrity did help us alot .And where available everytime to solve the query . The best memories have to be rafting in kullu . It energies you and make you fell better . Secondly , zip linning , monkey crawling etc were fun to do . Thirdly , watching a spectacular sunset .
