          Co-ordination of Mr. Pankaj from Seven Seas was really good. He gave a genuine feedback, helped me finalise the itinerary, gave time to clear my doubts. The driver arranged by the travel Company, was okay, however we were not completely happy with his services. Driver was little rude and did not give weightage to our requirements. However I would like to complement Mr. Pankaj for doing a good job from his side. And wish him success in his endevours.

          We have enjoyed a lot during this stay. Specially hotel correction/recommendation /suggestion in chandigarh considering our choice type was awesome. However unavailability of the same hotel on return journey was a setback. CAB service is very punctual and helpful however cleanliness of the cab was a concern, cab driver was very friendly, knowledgeable, adjustable. Overall we enjoyed a worry free vacation.           Hotel stay are fine. Food is good, we could not get South Indian food for our daughter as she is not able to accustom to north food. Cab and Driver were good. He is very cooperative and safe and good driving. We had only 2 things which could have been better. 1. We expected a driver who can converse with us in English, because we are poor in Hindi. But unfortunately that did not happen. 2. While returning back to Delhi the driver who was with us for all 6 days has transferred us to another driver for the last 3 hours drive. The new driver was not conversing at all. I did not even heard his name properly after asking 3 to 4 times. We asked him to stop for tea/coffee few times. In spite he did not stop and his answers were 1 word. Apart from that overall the trip is very memorable

          Hotels except 1 the Highland manali were not as per expectations. The food of hotel Neo classic was worst. The experience with the cab driver Mr Goldy was very nice and we gave him tip too Experience at Rohtang pass, solan valley and Manikarnan gurudwara was awesome

          We had booked our trip for Manali/Kasol. The pick up and drop was at Chandigarh airport. Via Travel Triangle we went thru TRAVEL ON EASE Based out of Simla. They were very prompt to reply until my booking was done. We were definitely not looking at Budget travel, which was made very clear to Travel on ease. To start with, in spite after landing in Chandigarh we were not updated the driver or car Details. After waiting for almost 30-45 minutes, cab was arranged, and drop was organized to our hotel Mandarin Square. Hoping that the same cab would continue with our onward journey. But we were informed that a new driver and car would be assigned. After continuous follow up and calls, we were finally given car details at 2200 HRS the previous night of our travel. However the Driver assigned to us was very polite and sweet. Infact thanks to him we had a comfortable journey. The car was spotless cleaned daily. The Hotel assigned to us was Hotel Subhdev International, we had requested for 4 star but Travel on Ease chose to assign us this as they believed that the service is 4 star. The Hotel is a 3 star property but the owner of the hotel (Mr.Tshering) is always at the property and personally caters to every guest. He made us feel at home and really made our stay very comfortable. Our next destination was Kasol, where we were booked at KOVID CAMP. Firstly the Camp was not at Kasol, it was ahead of Manikarin in middle of no where. Secondly the camp is a disaster. There was mud and dirt all over the tent. No one there to address our concern. We had to leave the camp and called the travel agent who was un able to organise another property for us which they had assured all the time, that if we dont loke a property they will give us an alternative. Finally we looked for a property by our selves which was paid by us. The Hotel rating is purely based on the stay at Manali
