The hotel in Manali was decent enough, food was ok. The camp in Kasol was sort of a nightmare. There was no proper route to reach the camp. We had to cross river on rocks walking in the night with luggage. Wish we were informed early about it. The heater in the room was also not worth it and no hot water as well. The best part was the driver Ankit who helped us in every way. He was very accommodating and professional. The agents should take more care about the river camps and also giving a clear itinerary otherwise it would cause more confusion and we could end up paying more than needed
