        Upto Manali Trip was fine......In Shimla we had worst experience.....Hotel.was too far from Main City....Travel from Manali to Shimla too much heat & Cab didn't allow using AC .....Even with a 2 year Old Kid it was. Too hot in Shimla..... Traffic made a spoil sport.....It is not possible to Cover Shimla in a single day with this much traffic......Package went completely wrong......Should have been 3 days in Shimla.....On Last Day of our Tour...we couldn't even have breakfast......Overall Shimla Trip was a disaster.....It ruined our Holidays......Cab driver was only interested in driving and finishing things quickly......he was only focusing on avoiding traffic.....Never stopped at any small point.....On our Shimla exploring day.....We prepared early....But Cab Puncture repair Wasted our time.....And Cab driver new traffic is high so instead of taking us to Kufri.....We should have been taken to Jakoo Temple..... Return trip we came in New Delhi at 14hrs.....we thought our train will be missed .....Hence we kept one extra day for our return.......We had to pay extra in New Delhi Hotel for staying....... Overall out of 5 days we explored only 2 days trip......Most of our time was Wasted in travelling itself........ TRAFFIC info wasn't given by anyone..... Otherwise we wouldn't have paid for Shimla Trip ......In Future plz Don't Adjust Package...... Clearly it Should be mentioned that Shimla exploration isn't possible in a single Day Considering the Traffic......Manali Hotel was Good but we weren't given Balcony as mentioned in The Iternaries ...... Service was Good Wastage of Energy,Money and Enthusiasm

        It was a well planned trip with the help of travel on ease. Decent hotels and ontime information. Good cab is also provided. Only thing can be improved is on the cab part, where driver should have been more sensible of the family conditions rather rushing us to avoid traffics and driving fast in rough routes.

        Felt like over priced in almost all aspects,driver took 8k for rohtang pass which local drivers were charging 5000 to 5500.... Rest driver was good in other aspects. Hotels were too good except in shimla, that hotel was very interior and need to walk 300 m to reach hotel which become very trouble some....hotel name was paradise village. Overall will give 3.5 star for the entire experience with travel triangle Rohtang pass

        Our trip was very good. Ameera hotel shimla stay was good. Room was very spacious. Well behaved and responsible staffs . Bathroom was hygeine and neat. Food was very tasty . Only problem is gyser take 30 -40 min to get heat.so it is getting late to get ready. Evoque resort and spa manali was a excellent stay. Good balcony view. Room was spacious. Bathroom was hygiene and neat. Staffs behaviour was good.nice service. Food was very tasty and delicious. I strongly recommend both the hotels for comfortable stay. River rafting and paragliding games

        We had a nice experience in the overall trip. This is being my first visit to North India and it was a challenge without knowing Hindi. It would have been still more comfortable if the driver and hotel people understand and speak little English. White hotel at Manali is ok, its bad in Shimla. No water in the morning, they gave a bucket of hot water to manage...it was realy hectic. The hotel at shimla situated in a very busy street and the car parking is very hard and there was a no-traffic restriction between 8 to 9.30am and 4.45 to 6.30pm..and the violation will be Rs10000.it was hard for us and also it was never communicated to us either by travel agent or hotel people. Hotel people didnt even share the right location to reach there. We reached as per thier location shared, but it was not the right location. When we called them, they kept saying we will call you back in 5min, but never turned up. At last we drove back to that location with the help of Google maps. The breakfast and dinner options are less and also timing is hard for us. They serve between 8.30 and 10.30 for both breakfast and dinnner, which is hard for us to plan our visits. Travel agents should make sure hotel they book is pretty decent for the money that we pay. They should arrange the driver who can at least understand a little bit of English and the people at Hotel are properly responding to our queries and speak little English.

        The overall experience of the trip was not so bad. There are few correction areas that either the agent's company or Travel Triangle have to look into. As per iltinery, a welcome drink was offered but the hotel in Shimla has not offered that I agree, that, I can demand for that in hotel but its not the tourist duty to ask for such things if they are running a business, they need to make the goodwill, not the money. Secondly, the hotel has almost 60 stairs to reach the reception and thereafter some more till the room at first floor. As per the details, 2 kids were also there with us and one of them is an infant, always have to hold him in arms. Guys can you imagine, you are giving a hotel to such family to climb 60 odd stairs for a kitchen size room. Literally, the experience of hotel in Shimla is very bad, the food is the only thing that is appreciable. Other than that, the other experiences are fine.

        Hi this is Swarna.. Recently we have been to Shimla and Kullumanali trip and it was a great trip except for the hotel stay at Manali. The heater was not working in the bathroom and also the food wasn't up to the mark.. Inspite of complaining about the heater they didn't make an attempt to service it. Otherwise it was a memorable trip to us

        Hotel Himalayan Snow Heights at Manali, both room and food was very good, just hotel was away from main road not suitable for casual walk and taxi is must. Apple Rose at Shimla room was big and neat, but in basement and noisy due to some work. Cab driver Vikash Thakur was too good in driving, was alert with no risk while overtaking. Travel agent Sandhya from the time of getting quote, explaining while booking and even till last day of trip was in touch for any assistance.
