Traveller can be better guided about timings of reporting at places and how many things can be covered in a day keeping distance & customer comfort in mind. Nusa penida visit was not fully fulfilling since time was constraint even after overnight stay Merusaka hotel stay. Pool villa stay, beach club visit, etc

Though we have paid everything in advance, but almost local tickets were not booked in advance, which result in waiting for more than an hour, further we need to shorten our trip at few places . We have also complained about this to Kalpana agent but action was taken. The booked tickets for swing , was of below avg, just to include the Bali swing, they have included it, it was just a small children swing. We have to rebook our own swing. Stay at hotel a ubud .

We went to Bali for 7 days. Dolly Jain did a great job of organizing the trip. She even provided support as the driver in Bali was not on time (1 hour and 1.5hrs late) on two occasions. Itinerary was great and cabs were clean. Driver/Guide was very poor. Although he could speak English he did not provide any history about Bali. Did not know what is special attraction (must see) in Safari or other places. Took to expensive (commission oriented) places for shopping until last day when we complained. Changed the itinerary as he came late on two times. Hotels were great and Indonesian people are friendly. We enjoyed the trip and Dolly provided value for money.

Als travel sales agent - Pooja was pathetic. The sales agent overcommitted at the time of booking. Provided false information like the package included entry fee etc. she even changed hotels and placed us in 3 star instead of 4 star after we had made payment giving unconvincing reasons. No support was provided with visa etc. once she receives the booking payment she speaks to clients with a deaf ear and no respect. Before the booking she is all about how she can support and ensures all support like flight tickets, visa guidance etc will be provided, the moment you make advance payment she changes her tone and then has an attitude that book Else leave it without a refund. However I must acknowledge that the operation agent Amita was coordial and tried to support in the best way possible. She was fantastic and did her best to adresss our concerns in the new country etc. and make this travel a good experience. However due to the sales agent Pooja Jha’s poor work ethics and professionalism unfortunately it was not a great experience

Bali feedback : Our trip was for 9 days in which we stayed in 3 properties 1. Ashoka tree ubud We stayed in Jr. Suite room category I wouldn't recommend this,it's not at all a 4 star property. The rooms are quite ok not great as they look like in photos . Bathtub in our room was very dirty and on complaining also no action was taken neither the room was changed. They don't provide any room amenities like room slippers(since the floor is quite cold ) , then no shower caps or other necessary bathroom kit that normally a 4 startl hotel should provide. You will see variety of small ants of creatures everywhere and they just give an excuse of its jungle area surrounded rather than maintaining it. Moving to hotel breakfast , they give very limited and less breakfast and rest all is chargeable. They won't even a give one slice of extra bread in the breakfast option if you ask ,you need to pay for it . There TT table is not functional as they don't have balls and snooker table looks like ancient item. So it's a big no for ashoka tree. 2. Asvara Villa We stayed in villa with private pool and jacuzzi and also had our leisure Day here. As soon as you enter the room you get the luxury feeling and whole stay time was amazing. Hotel staff was very quick and efficient. Here also the complimentary breakfast is limiter still it's enough compared to the ashoka tree resort. We had an amazing time here chilling in pool and spending quality time. Highly recommend 3. Grand Mirage We stayed in Ocean View premier room here. This was the best property amongst all we stayed in Bali. View from room was just mesmerizing and hotel amenities were also good ,let it be breakfast or indoor games or pools. Itinery feedback. We just had a major goof up on Day 2 of the trip, wherein due to some wrong planning of the spots by the team we missed the kintamani volcano as well as our included lunch. They took us to local village shops which took time although we didn't spend a lot of time there as we didn't want to do shopping on our day 1. So it could have been planned more nicely. Rest all the days were planned nicely and we covered all the spots .our ticket booking were either advanced or the driver was ensuring to take it by standing in queue. Driver was nice and helpful. The stays were comfortable and even nusa penida trip was very exciting. Our driver even helped us to take few places off the itinery and we were happy to cover those. Overall it was a nice trip. Thank you Anjali for the efficient planning and hope to book the next trip with you if you promise to deliver it with same efforts

Our trip to Bali was amazing. It was time well spent with family. Firstly, Kudos to Ms. Tapasya Dudeja for helping us throughout the package. She curated a package with so much love and included each and every activity or local sightseeing that I had requested. Moreover, she also suggested a few amazing places in her knowledge that we were not aware of. Thanks Tapasya!! Our trip started with a warm welcome at the airport with flowers and drink. We stayed at different hotels in Kuta and Ubud. Both the hotels were amazing, giving us a warm and comfortable stay. The credit again goes to Tapasya for helping us select the hotels. Each activity was well performed. However, the day trip to NUSA PENIDA ISLAND was wasted because of the BALI DOLPHIN TEAM. They kept the fast boat in the middle of water for around 2 hours, not allowing anyone to go to the shore. They claimed for the water to be not clear and hence no activity like Snorkeling was carried out whereas other people were seen enjoying the water sports. This wasted a lot of time and we could not enjoy the beach and visit all the places on the Island. Moreover, on our return journey, the fast boat was out of fuel. So, we were again in the middle of water for another hour. Also, on the day of Scuba, the BALI DOLPHIN team was claiming for the tides to be high but after a lot of talking, they were convinced to go for Scuba. Bali Swing is a must visit place. Apart from this, we enjoyed every activity thoroughly. Kudos to our driver Mr. Made from Indo Jaya Travels. He is a nice man and showed us around Bali very well. He did not hesitate at all to take the extra mile to make us happy. Cheers to the team! Thanks for a memorable trip!!
