          Trip was planned nicely by Baligotrips and travel triangle, overall experience was very nice and destinations covered by Baligotrips are impressive. all hotels and cab drivers are impressive, I am very happy with that specially cruise transfer and stay at Nusa Lembongan island. Villa booked by Baligotrip was also good however I am little bit disappointed with Villa service and their staff. swimming pool in villa looks not maintained very good and they are not available on 24*7 on desk for room service. however overall experience in Villas was also good.

          Everything was good except water sport activities, they had 2 kinds of parasailing: Normal & Adventure. In our package only parasailing was mentioned, hence we had to pay extra for adventure parasailing. Normal parasailing was the one where you have to run which is dangerous and was not available there. Best driver & guide one can find in Bali!!!

ALS Destinations had planned the trip very well and all services were provided as mentioned in the itinerary. The Cab service provided was very good. The driver Mardy was friendly and had helped my parents have a seamless experience in the trip. The accommodations provided were excellent. Rooms were spacious and clean and hotels were located at prime locations in Kuta and Ubud. I would like to specially mention the Lembongan island cruise trip,where my parents loved the total experience including the beach side resort accommodation provided and the cruise.           It was a great experience going Bali with Travel Triangle. Parveen was excellent with understanding and customizing the trip as per our need. Excellent follow-up and amazing behavior. Nitu was very good with Post booking, although some details like getting honeymoon suites and hotel's view from the room was something which we had to do it ourselves, could've been done by her. Also, despite some iterinary issues, everything was relatively good with her service. Still, in the end, we got what we wanted so it was a good thing. On Ground Team (Whatsapp Group): The team here is very prompt in wishing and for good day every morning and at night, but they were amazingly stubborn about not willing to go that extra effort for helping out or getting things done. For eg:, one of the Hotel did not do the Free complementary Honeymoon couple set up for us as they were saying "Your Travel Agency did not inform us, but we can do it for you if your agency asks us" when we informed the group, they kept denying this and said, "This service is based on Hotel discretion and availability." Fortunately for us, our Guide/Driver was for us. He asked his agency which was our local operator in Bali and they got it done for us. Guide/Driver Dewa was very punctual and was good at getting us to all places which were part of the itinerary. Overall we got what we wanted and had an amazing time in Bali. And in the future, I will consider Travel Triangle for our future trips. Thank you very much!
