Wanderbird Holidays is an amazing agent for you to plan your holidays. Raunak planned our Europe trip perfectly. To begin with, there was lot of uncertainty about visa application. He gave proper details about which country's visa is easier to get, which is taking more time, what would be the best time to plan, minimum gap between visa appointment and trip. He works very cautiously in planning the trip keeping in mind customers doesn't get in trouble with uncertainties around visa processing time. Next, in my case, i got a prime time visa appointment and for some reason just had 24 hours to make all the bookings. He worked until after midnight to get me all the bookings. He helped in making sure we carried all the docs for our visa so that there is no issue with that. Like I said, he made all the bookings when we planned the trip and didn't leave anything for later. I know some agents who leave out some bookings for later and then customers have to keep following up from them. In my case, I didnt have to follow up from him for bookings even once. Then we asked for some changes in itinerary, for which also he quickly checked the feasibility and made the changes. He gave couple of detailed briefings before the trip, mentioned every single DO's and DONT's, explicitly mentioned every single item what was covered and what was not covered as part of package. During the trip, he kept following up with us at every destinations, was always available whenever I had to call him back even for slightest of doubts (and even at late night sometimes), gave details of other things to do, restaurants to eat at for every city. The tours included in the package were amongst the best and were relaxed. His suggestions for the tours that can be picked and what all places could be covered are spot on. I would really thank Raunak and his team for helping us plan a wonderful Europe trip. And I would recommend everyone to go with him blindly for planning your trip. Duniya safari is one of the most promising up and coming tour planners in the city. We first came to know of them through the internet when we were frantically searching for customized trips to Europe. We did not want to travel through Europe in a group of 40 or 50 people where we wouldn't have any privacy or independence and we had heard those horrible stories regarding group tours from our friends and family. Duniya safari at that time was a godsend as they specialize in customized tours. Nilanjan and Arindam at Duniya safari really helped us plan our trip, they helped us with the visa application. We visited 3 countries France, Switzerland and Italy and our trip was for about 15 days &14 nights. They had pretty much-organized everything for us with airport transfers to hotel transfers, city tours and all at budget prices. We had imagined that a customized trip in Europe would be tough to manage without the guidance of a group but to our surprise, we faced little to no problem. Arindam and Nilanjan were always a phone call away and every night they briefed us regarding our itinerary the following day. We had no headache it was the best of both worlds we had the comfort of a group tour and the independence of a customized tour. We really had a great vacation we had hop on hop off bus tickets in every city we went which is the best way to see the city I think. We lived in cozy hotels and a nice cottage in Switzerland which was all arranged by them. We really travelled extensively in Switzerland we went to both Jungfrau and mt Titlis which most tour companies won't take you. All our hotels and living accommodations were in the heart of the city which made transport really easy, unlike group tours where they put you up in hotels 10,20 miles away from the city centre. So to wrap it up I would like to say that if u want to go on a customized tour which I believe is the only way to travel then Duniya safari is your guy.
