We have booked through Mtp vacations pvt ltd since it is listed in travel triangle .We had a very bad experience.They have given us hotels which were different from the vouchers downloaded.Everyday we have to wait for the booking of tickets for internal travel .Till last moment they were not giving tickets.We have to go on reminding them.Trains from Paris to Zurich and Rome . When we have paid money in advance why should they not give tickets in advance.I don't understand.Every day we have to beg them to give next day's tickets. Last minute they have changed the hotel in Rome We were in a confusion.When we called they were not responding.We really had a tough time.The hotel which they have changed in the last minute in Rome was a Christian church sort of thing.It is rather a hostel. Firstly, we encountered delays in receiving our booking vouchers, which caused unnecessary stress as the trip approached. Despite booking well in advance, we didn't receive them until the day our journey commenced. Additionally, one of the hotels booked for us did not meet our expectations. Instead of the double bed accommodation we had requested, we were provided with a twin bed room, which was disappointing. However, amidst these challenges, the standout was the exceptional support we received from Yeeshu during a moment of crisis. Unfortunately, we lost our passports during the trip, but Yeeshu went above and beyond to assist us throughout the journey, ensuring we could complete our trip without further complications. Despite the setbacks, we acknowledge that the overall planning was commendable. The itinerary crafted by TravelTriangle allowed us to experience the essence of both destinations, and their customer service, particularly Yeeshu's assistance, was invaluable during our time of need. It was a really an awesome experience and very smooth everywhere. Everything went very well as planned and mentioned in itinerary. Vishal - Thanks a lot for arranging this wonderful trip and coordinating with me from beginning of trip plan to end of the journey. Vishal was very much patience and very good in handling the customer and to achieve the customer utmost satisfaction and did it very well in my case. Not but not the least , TRAVEL TRIANGLE - My initial impression was bit mixed feeling to proceed with Travel Triangle for the trip (because I didnt approach through any referral, I just got it from Google with some positive reviews). But getting in touch through calls and and drafting my honeymoon plan with my travel agent Vishal my perspective is entire changed and fully satisfied. Definitely, I will consider Travel Triangle for my next International trip for sure. I am giving 5 out of 5 stars rating for the entire trip and especially for travel agent Vishal. The trip was great and had a lot of enjoyment, although we have our own learnings also. The directions and itenary shared on daily basis by the street romeo travel was great. Literally had a wonderful experience. Visit to mount titlis was the most memorable part and struggle to get to eiffel tower was also taken as a challenge.

Advice ppl to keep max 7 day trip as more than 7 nights it become tiring. Kuwait airlines is not very good, have lot of delays , food also is very average. Activities like hop on hop off should be done on non travelling day and agent should plan them accordingly. Brussels hotel was not a very good one. average rooms and cleanliness. Bruge and Gent day tour was great. Brussels atomium museum was good, can include few more museums with atomium as it not more than 3 hrs activity. Mini europe is mostly for ppl of young age. Amsterdam was great in terms of activities we were able to do. Night pass was completely unusable, most of night clubs were permanently closed or temporarily closed, pls update the list and give the surely open on top. Country side tour was great. Paris hop on hop off is good too but not all location are worthy to visit at all. Cruise activity free with hop on hop off bus tour is very average, long waiting time with normal cruise. Not a very good activity as per my experience. Better to find some other activities in Paris. Paris hotel location was not best , was able to find hotel near to center in same price.

Overall had a good experience only one thing was an issue, the visa documentation progress was not that much good as ours was rejected 1st time after we applied. Then again we applied for the same and got it. In the visa processing only Madhu mam helped us other than that no other personal in the team seem to have that much experience in shengen visa processing. Also the trip management team did there best and we visited all the awesome place in Paris thanks to them. Overall had a great experience. Thank you
