Many mistakes were done by travel agency ,one of the mistake is the time we arrive in Florence was 2:30pm and the Hop and Hop bus booked for that day at Florence ended at 4 :30 pm, how are we supposed to check in hotel and get on bus and roam around whole city in that one and half hour. They made mistakes in booking breakfast at Milan's hotel we had to pay for that meal again, which was already been paid by me in advance. Travel Agency said they will try to refund that but nothing has been done yet. There were free walking tours in every city which were not given as an option to us by our agent, we had to book them on our own . Hotel in Roam was overbooked and they transferred us to another hotel which was far away from main train station , we had to walk a lot because of that, and the booking agency had no idea about this . There were a lot of misunderstanding during payments due to travel advisors wrong convictions, the messages in travel traingle site were not mode of communication in the beginning we were not even aware of that, due to which we had to pay extra as one of Milan's hotel got cancelled. Loved Italy, very nice , Rome is amazing

We planned our trip to Paris and Switzerland through Wise Yatra and it was amazing, everything was planned with our recommendation being considered. The help with regards to the Visa process was also exceptional. The Hotels given to us were also nice and the staff was helpful, they were also located near a transport connection, so it was easy to travel. We were also advised on which tickets to buy for convenient public transport. Also, all our attraction tickets were pre-booked and we were provided with Google map links to reach that point through our Hotels. Prompt reply by Travel Agent and nice & helpful guide Mr Sushant Vedak during the trip were the highlights. Following observations are made: 1. Date of travel was revised to 14 August 2022 from 09 August 2022 leading to increase of airfare for about Rs 44000/-. It was told that change of date was due to a group of 13 people who want the trip after Raksha Bandhan feastival. There was no such group. 2. As per itinerary, we were told to reach between 8 AM to 2 PM and in the evening were supposed to go for Siene river Cruise. We reached at 0925AM in Paris. On reaching it was informed that there was no cruise that day because some people had to reach late in the evening. That day was wasted for us. All group members had reached by 7 PM. Cruise was held next day along with other itinerary thereby giving less time to other activities. On first day we had to spend our money about 100 Euros each to spend time for local visits. Either all members should have been told to reach by 12 Noon or we should have also been told to reach by evening on first day. It is requested to REFUND the first day amount to us. 3. There was heavy rush in Disneyland Paris due to some holiday in Paris. Also some activities were closed there. Itinerary should be adjusted looking into such circumstances. 3. Travel agent had told us to bring light wollen clothes though heavy wollen clothes were required in Switzerland at Jungfraugh and Mount Titlis. It is suggested due to uncertain weather in Switzerland all should be advised to take wollen clothes accordingly. View from Top Floor of Eiffel Tower Paris was marvellous. Memories of amazing Switzerland are everlasting.
