Except Rockland hotel in Delhi rest of the hotels in Agra and jaipur are very good and trip coordinator Manoj supports throughout the trip with the request we made. And felt cheated regarding guide service in Jaipur his name is vikram, we didn't know company will pay him and paid additional 2000 for his service. Regarding driver service is too good except speed limits even in express way he maintained 80km only as per company policy he said could have improved going forward Thank you for your hospitality and support to make our trip a memorable one.

Mohanaruba's 7 days trip to Rajasthan

We were first asked to settle the entire amount before we began the trip, only to realize that the entry fee for any place was not covered. The amount they charged only covered car travel, parking and hotel stay. We were from south India and the team promised to send an English speaking driver, but the driver who accompanied us did not know English at all. The driving was also worse, it made us scary most of the time. Also for almost all sight seeing places, the driver dropped us in the parking place and from there we took auto to reach the sight seeing.... In Agra, when we asked driver to drop us in bazzar, he told he is tired and we took auto from the hotel to market Yes… for Jama Masjid, Chandni chowk and Red fort too we took only autos from a parking lot.. And driver was very temperamental.. and he didn’t know anything about the places we visited in Delhi or Agra or Jaipur.. he was as clueless as we were.. Zero help

Swarnendu's 7 days trip to Rajasthan

There was a lack of coordination from Travel Triangle Team , with no one willing to take the responsibility from their side . as suggested in mail i tried to contact the person Jegender who in turn asked me to contact 3 other people from travel triangle (Uday Baldev and Karan) not a single one of them responded back to my mail. Thankfully bcz of Jyoti Rawat (Trip Sailer) I was feeling little bit comfortable. But as the trip progressed the driver (Suresh) started showing his true colour, He was very rude from starting, not at all cooperative , when asked to cooperate he bluntly said "Karlo Complain Jisse karni ho" and mind my words i was travelling with my family so didn't take a risk of complaining while i was on the go. While Moving from Jaipur to bikaner there was little fog in the path all the vehicles were moving slowly and our driver stopped in the middle of the highway saying "I will not go further" after much request he moved. It was a nightmarish experience standing in the middle of the highway with an hostile driver with my entire family at around 1:00 AM . In the entire trip i had to literally beg the driver to take me to the desired location as he was getting irritated even for taking me to mentioned locations. He also took an 1000rupees extra from me, since he was overspeeding and he said i have to pay that. The hotels apart from Fort Chandragupt was good including the food as well. the trip was nicely planned but because of lack of coordination between travel triangle and short tempered driver the entire trip got wasted. I use to vouch for travel triangle previously but now i will never recommend them since i dont want my known ones to be left on the mercy of the driver for 7 days. Very Bad Experience. The driver and his manager Mr Mukesh was also not cooperative.

Mohd Ameed (Tourepedia) and our driver Surendra were fantastic for our trip covering Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur. I was very pleased with the ability to customise the tour package as per our requirements so we could squeeze in an extra day of sightseeing in Jaipur. I was also very happy with Surendra as he was exceptionally professional, spoke English well, answered questions along the drive, drove safely and provided seatbelts in the back of the car. Everything was exceptional. The only thing that could've made the trip better was if Surendra was able to also be our guide for the sights, or if Tourepedia was able to pre-negotiate tour guides at the necessary sites. Very much happy with Rajasthan trip, Feb21-28, 2020. Two families went together. We were provided with AC Innova car right from the airport to back airport. Local tour operator was Tourepedia Holidays Pvt Ltd. Rajat Sarma from Tourepedia and Pradeep were very cardial and cooperative. Even they could change the vehicle inbetween due to some inconvenience. Driver Surendra Singh is also too good and prompt in providing the services. Travel Triangle has coordinated very well to fix the tour with Tourepedia travel. Hem Chandra and Ms Sudesh from Travel Triangle did thier job well while fixing itinerary and program. I have gone to Srilanka trip in Dec 2019 recently which was also nicely arranged by Travel Triangle. The hotels booked were 4 star +. In jaipur, we stayed in Hotel Fern Residency, Jodhpur - hotel Fern Residency, in Mount Abu stayed in Sterling Mount Abu and in Udaipur - Mumbai house one day, Mewargarh Palace, an other day, Both hotels in Udaipur is not upto the mark of 4 stars. Bishnoi village camp & Resort, Osian stay is also not upto the Mark. Driver always reached our hotel on time for picking us in the morning. We visited all important visiting places like Forts, Palaces, Lakes and Temples in Jaipur, Azmer, Pushkar, Jodhpur, Mount Abu and Udaipur in the same sequences. We did shopping in jaipur and Udaipur. We had Rajasthani dishes at most of the places, I liked Laal Maas Rajasthani chicken curry. We all four enjoyed every thing in Chowki dhani, a well known Tourist attraction in Jaipur for its rich, Rajasthani heritage and cultural manifesto, like puppet show, dances, musics, magics, camel & elephant riding, folk dances etc. Rajasthani local food, culture and customs in one place is a high light of it. Every one must visit it. All varieties of Rajasthani foods were tasted in village style. Overall, it was a different experience compared to other tours. Thanks to Travel Triangle, Tourepedia and their staff.

Amritsar driver was very good. Second driver at rest of the places was not at all good. His driving skills are good. But he doesn't know places & raids. Many places, we had to skip because of his inefficient knowledge. In both cases, drivers were unaware of our date & day of our arrival. Agra hotel was pathetic. All rusted hard taps on bath. Unrepaired walls, doors . Wifi was not functional in any of the hotels except Ramada.
