          Things were well organized. Driver Hafeez for very supportive. Sahiba Bhat was doing follow up quite every moment to make sure our trip was pleasant full. Few things which need improvements were place chosen to stay considering the distance required to travel specially, during Yatra time where we need to leave the spots before 2 am Max. Hotels supposedly four star in reality doesn’t seem so. Our Srinagar hotel food was awesome but the room isn’t. Whereas in phagalgm and house boat room was good but food wasn’t. Also it better to share govt rates to tourist for various activities. Because there were lot of scammers in every spot who will charge the tourist 200 to 300% higher the actual rates.

          This is my first experience with Travel triangle booking, I really couldn't believe the pace at which the travel agents responded to the queries & I closed the itinerary with Breezy Travels. It all went like a breeze, which otherwise would have taken my several days interacting with agents in traditional way. Mehak from Breezy Travels was very quick in responding & accommodated all our requirements. Also, the hotels, cab drivers, houseboat arrangements were very good. We especially liked her suggested Anarkali houseboat. Thanks to Mehak & Breezy Travels for making our Kashmir trip very memorable & stress buster. I am sure they will provide similar service to future travelers.

          Overall good experience but not satisfied with houseboat stay at Nigeen Lake in Srinagar. Houseboat (Wagnoo Houseboat agent has confirmed but stayed at Abshar houseboat) was in pathetic condition and dinner and breakfast even more worst. The happiest and highlighted part of entire trip was Cab Driver Imran Bhai. He is like a tour guide for us and helped a lot . Gondola ride at Gulmarg and pony ride at Sonmarg was the best memories of our trip.

          Overall a smooth trip. Few improvement points : 1.Hotel in Katra could have been better. Devi Grand rooms are old and not maintained well. 2. Cab should have been AC considering the hot weather there Gulmarg is very beautiful and worth spending a day. We had a pleasant pony rides there. People are nice and warm.

          The hotels provided were good. The package was good. However, when we had booked the trip, no one from Travel Triangle or Kashmir Boulevard mentioned that 18th April was election day and everything would be closed, otherwise we could have rescheduled our trip. Our day at Srinagar was wasted as everything was closed on the 18th April'19. No site seeing could be done and it would have been the audacity of the travel agency to give discount or any other sort of offer for the day loss in our trip but sadly , that did not happen. Our hotel booked in Srinagar which was Hotel Montreal which was shown as 4 Star hotel was on the way where the road was blocked that day due to elections. However, we were accommodated in another hotel called Solar Residency which is also a 4 Star hotel but we were asked to pay Rs 500 extra for that. Now, one thing I didnt understand is when a 4 Star hotel had been booked for our stay at a fixed package, why did we have to pay an extra amount for a same category hotel that we had to change. So travellers , beware of the Stars shown as even the Stars may have a category of their own. One more suggestion I would like to give Kashmir boulevard is to keep good, friendly and pleasant nature drivers who also need to keep their cars clean. Otherwise, Kashmir is an awesome place to visit and the people are very nice.

          Overall good and different experiance. Really feeling blessed after Kashmir visit. Stayed in Katra hotel name is evoke, worst hotel.no service and very poor housekeeping. Other hotel as Montreal and stay at pahalgam was excellant. Driver and car changed for last 2 days, car was dirty and driver never came on time. Response from Asma was excellent. She is asset for any travel agency, quick response and always caring.Overall good service. Thanks! Sonmarg and gulmarg are the best natural place in earth. Kashmir is peaceful for tourist. Only difference is more checking on roads and airport than other states in India. Apart from travel package you need to pay approx 5000 to 8000 for horse and rides. Travel cars will not reach to the exact destination. Need to hire separate car or horses. Need to burgain in all places ..no fix price. Keep approx 10000 extra per person. You will find snow whole year and scenarios are best and eye soothing..it's really heaven in earth. Our time spend in Kashmir was awsome with bunch of good memories.

          (1) Our TT trip advisor Hassan Khan did not respond to our calls during our trip when we needed him. (2) I booked the trip well in advance. However, faced challenges in checking in hotels on multiple occasions. As per the Tasha Tours, it was because of the hotel owners who cancelled our booking and provided room to others. We have been provided alternate accommodations. This has wasted a lot of our time. (3) It seems that our tour planning guidance was poor and we realized that during the trip. (4) Drivers (Altafbhai / Mamu) were very genuine and ready to help on all occasions. (5) Except instances highlighted above it was a memorable and enjoyable trip. (6) I would recommend to confirm with the hotels directly about the reservations or get the confirmation vouchers directly from hotel.

          Awesome experience in Peacock Houseboat on Day 1 with superb food. Then we witnessed the beauty of Kashmir on remaining days. Wonderful scenic beauty in Srinagar, Pahalgam, Gulmarg and Sonamarg. Our trip was wonderfully organised by Peacock Holidays and team - Ms Saima Azad and Mr Aakash Parray. Ms Saima Azad is a wonderful lady who is concerned more than tourists about their trip, plans and safety. She was in regular touch with our driver about our tour plans and our safety. All the planned hotels were very good. We only faced food quality issues in Hotel Wild Flower Resort in Pahalgam. Rest all hotels were absolutely good. We found best property in Sonamarg i.e. Hotel Rah Vilas. Our driver cum guide cum friend cum travel companion Mr Aakash Parray is a also wonderful person with great sense of humor and responsibility. He briefs us about all the tourist points and cover all points in time. He helped us in purchasing from genuine shops also.           Kashmir is the must place to visit in a life time, its paradise on earth. Very good place & nice people. My trip got stuck due to picking of wrong travel agent & his driver. They don’t hv iternary/schedule of the trip. Travel agent is just worried about his tour bookings & passed on driver contact number. Driver is pathetic & pain he is very lazy and just flees money . My suggestion to search gud travel agent & enjoy the trip Dal lake / Shankaracharya temple / sonmarg glaciers
