          It was very good experience to roam around Kashmir during the early winter season as we have witnessed snowfall in Pahalgam. During the journey or we can say memorable trip of Kashmir following points are need to be considered. - From the day 1 the support from the TMIC was excellent. Guidance at every point what to do or what not to do. - The cab (Innova) was in very good condition and the driver (cum guide) Mr. Vinod Gupta (09906380311) was very helpful in deciding for which places need to visit first apart from the itinerary. \ - The hotels details are as follows - Hotel Volga - Pahalgam - Best place to stay as it is heritage property and the staff were supportive and the ambiance of the hotel was very good, also the location of hotel is in the middle of the Market. (Hotel remains closed during the peak snowfall season) - Hotel The Victory - Srinagar - Good for only night stay as it is far away from the local market. Staff of hotel were very supportive. - Akbar group of Houseboats - Srinagar ( Nigeen Lake) - Excellent for stay, food, best memorable place of Srinagar as it has everything to deliver which can provided in 5star ratings hotels. The host adananji was very supportive and handling the legacy of houseboats in the Nigeen Lake. P.S. - If you wish to explore night market of Dal lake than this houseboats are far away from the Dal lake and market. - Hotel Meridian Palace- Jammu - Worst ever experience in this entire trip as the hotel ambiance, cleanliness of the rooms, food all are worthless. The entire trips happiness goes in vain after staying in this hotel as it doesn't provided the proper facilities. the rooms were smelly, food quality not upto the mark. From my trip experience I can definitely say that you can go Kashmir with support from TMIC (except Jammu hotel) all the arrangements are properly made and we didn't face any hassle during this trip. Following points need to considered for sightseen at different places. - Pahalagam (Min. time 2 day) - Pony rates are highly negotiable (Avoid if snowfall / rain), Taxi Rates are fixed by the Union (attached photograph) - Gulmarg ( 1 whole day) - Taxi/sledging rates are highly negotiable, - If you stay in the houseboat than 1 shikara ride is free (half hour), but for exploring the dal lake you need to spend more money for Shikara ride , best time for the ride is in morning. For srinagar ( 3 Days)

          It was a good trip overall. Excluding some hotel related communication gap on first day, entire trip was well planned. Right from Driver at the pick-up to the final drop, staff across all stays was humble and professional. Proxima Holidays 4 STAR for all the efforts put in. Cab driver Kamraan was a fun to be with.           Shikara ride, Drang water falls, Gondola ride in Gulmarg were great. Houseboat and Welcome hotel were having issue of hot water which Arooj solved. I wish hotel staff ensured that rooms were warm enough. Sahara was a great experience. Arooj was very helpful all the time. Driver was also very helpful and nice. Ovverall very good experience. I wish all the hotels had similar facilities like Sahara hotel. Shikara ride, Drang waterfall, gandola in Gulmarg

It would be advantageous for your agency to establish partnerships with local providers to ensure fair and reasonable pricing for travelers, thus enhancing the value proposition of your packages.           Due to eid there was less staff in hotels didn't get proper room first day and cleaning staff was not available. Rest it would be better if horse or local taxi etc are made part of package from next time. Otherwise trip was good everyone was helpful Kashmir is a very beautiful place site seeing was all good
