About the Gandola booking was not informed well in advance. No communication through phone was made by travel triangle About feedback of travel agent. Local sightseeing by horses and local taxi at Gulmarg and Sonamarg were charged very high. No proper guidance and help was given by the travel agent Stay at Gulmarg

Overall good experience but not satisfied with houseboat stay at Nigeen Lake in Srinagar. Houseboat (Wagnoo Houseboat agent has confirmed but stayed at Abshar houseboat) was in pathetic condition and dinner and breakfast even more worst. The happiest and highlighted part of entire trip was Cab Driver Imran Bhai. He is like a tour guide for us and helped a lot . Gondola ride at Gulmarg and pony ride at Sonmarg was the best memories of our trip.

This was indeed our best trip with travel trianglevia Talha travels. The hotel service was very nice and the most important the hospitality and all people are so down to earth. The hotel grand regenza of pahalgam gave us five star feel. I definitely recommend Talha travels and travel triangle Horse ride at Pahalgam

Things were well organized. Driver Hafeez for very supportive. Sahiba Bhat was doing follow up quite every moment to make sure our trip was pleasant full. Few things which need improvements were place chosen to stay considering the distance required to travel specially, during Yatra time where we need to leave the spots before 2 am Max. Hotels supposedly four star in reality doesn’t seem so. Our Srinagar hotel food was awesome but the room isn’t. Whereas in phagalgm and house boat room was good but food wasn’t. Also it better to share govt rates to tourist for various activities. Because there were lot of scammers in every spot who will charge the tourist 200 to 300% higher the actual rates.

The itinerary prepared by Proxima Holidays is good and we enjoyed lot our Kashmir tour. Even Aroofa Ma'am from Proxima Holidays support in J&K tour when we are there. The Cab person Umar is also polite and knowledgeable. He explained us all local things and what to do and what not to do. Hotels was not so great.electric blanket was not provided in gulmarg as discussed and included in itinerary and the travel triangle guy also didnt help regarding that issue. Hotel of pehalgam was very far from pehalgam it was approximately 15 km before reaching pahelham..actually it was not in pehalgam Pehalgam and gulmarg is a nice place

For my Kashmir trip I had approached Travel Triangle to get the best deal. I opted for "Road to trips" travel agent who customised my trip according to my instructions. Overall trip was good and had no issues with hotels, driver and flight.

Booked vehicle for our tour was AC Innova. Center seat AC was not working and driver was not ready to operate AC for front seat. Even he was operating door glasses as per his wish. Vehicle and specially driver service was very poor and annoying, even it was very bad. Right from the moment when we landed at Srinagar airport, adament behaviour of driver was experienced. Instead of coming to pich up point, he called us along with our tour baggage at the end of parking lot. All the time he was insisting us for booking of guide, horses and local cabs from the people he knows and where he gets more commission from them. While driving most of the time he was talking over phone for personal tour booking business. Always, kept waiting outside the hotel for hours. No response to phone calls. Vehicle and driver is a key factor for such type of tours. Right from beginning, this matter was informed to M/s SS travels. However, instead of understanding the facts and action, thier representative was trying to defend him. Because of very unprofessional, offensive and rude behaviour of driver, I had to drop the vehicle on second last day of and book separate vehicle from another travel agent. However, M/s SS was trying to defend his act all the time. Later M/s SS travels paid for it, but overall experience of vehicle and driver was very very bad.

Shashwat was extremely responsive from TravelTriangle specially before the journey started.He helped me to download the vouchers when it wasnt working from the app.I believe the TT app needs to be improved a bit.We selected Ozzo and they planned our hotel stay and entire cab journey. Our journey with Ozzo was from Katra-Pahalgam-Srinagar-Gulmarg-Sonmarg - Kargil- Srinagar.However the excessive snowfall spoiled our plans for Kargil and we had to stay in Sonmarg.Annu planned it meticulously and Mr. Amir responded to our queries very well.Excepting for the Hotel Triden in Srinagar(absolutely pathetic) all the hotels were quite clean,hospitable and guest friendly.Srichan Resort, Glacier Heights in Sonmarg and the Majestic & H.K.Houseboat in Srinagar were hygienic.Food was also decent since we were travelling with 2 small kids.Mr Amir co-ordinated with our drivers and planned it throughout the trip to ensure we dont miss out on Kargil but God has his own ways.Also we were told that May weather remains sunny mostly however we had to buy sweaters from Srinagar due to heavy snowfall.So probably look out for Accuweather for updates.

We have opted for 4 star accommodation but provided may be 2 to 3 star accommodation. Amount collected for 4 star. Services of travel agent is very poor. Not provided information about the place visited ex.For rope way in Gulmarg we have to book on line in advance but not informed while booking the package. Because of this we were not able to climb mountain using rope way. We have missed again we don't know when we go again to Gulmarg.

The overall experience was good. The trip was well planned. Booking experience with Arooj was great. She provided a lot of options before the final confirmation. Asif who was our guide during the entire trip was amazing! He guided us at every stage, advised on things that are good, smarter ways to get things done and lot of info on route to the places we were going. Since we spend a lot of time on travel, he has been very good travelling companion and made those long journey easy. The hotels that we were staying had consistent water problems. Unfortunately it was only our rooms which consistently had issues. Hence I have rated low on the Hotel Rating. The food has a sameness at every hotel especially for the vegetarians. You tend to get bored after 2 to 3 days. After a long journey entire day, we expect hotel experience to be seamless. Unfortunately we didnt find it. Recommendation is choose costlier and popular hotels where you would stay the longest in your trip. River Walk resorts was the best in our itinerary but we stayed just a night whereas Moonstone had the most issues and we stayed their the longest. Lessons learned.
