Enjoy A Grand Tour Of Magnificent Kashmir 7 Days & 6 Nights

We had a worst experience with amazing India routes. We were told that hotels are 4 star but was given 1 star or 2 star. Hotel in gulmarg dining area stinks. Hotel in pahalgam was even worst(Woods resort) it is a old building with no safety at all. See the view from hotel as attached here. Hotel in Srinagar was better but I had book my hotel seperately as I didn't want to stay there. Travel company has no idea about requirements. They totally messed it up on my anniversary.

Had an amazing trip with Burooj Travels. Loved the way everything was organised. Our driver Mr. Salim was very kind & co-operative and made us feel really homely. Only one thing to mention about the tour is, since it rained the day we reached, the temperature had dropped quite a lot in Srinagar. As we had a kid along, we requested the houseboat staff to provide us with a heater, but sadly we were disappointed there. They could have been a bit considerate there. Except for that everything else went well. Not to forget Ms. Numeira, our trip co-ordinator who was very helpful & accommodating in building our itinerary. She was always there to attend our queries.We were very apprehensive before visiting Kashmir, but I must mention that the people here are truly welcoming. Kashmir is very much safe for tourists and truly a paradise. Definitely look forward to visit again. Thanks for making our holiday a memorable one :)

Hotels were good at srinagar pahalgam and sonmarg.. But at gulmarg hotel neudous was not good at all.. Staff was not good.. Service was bad.. No proper heaters in room.. Rooms were old fashioned and small too

Firstly big thanks to Numaira, Jan bhai and Saleem bhai (our driver) for planning our trip and making it memorable. Everything was great in terms of service from them. The only bad thing about our trip was the hotel stay in Gulmarg (which was actually not Gulmarg). It was disappointing as the room was very small with no electricity for most part of the day. Also, I would advise to stay in Gulmarg hotel even if you have to pay extra because you will save a lot more by avoiding the horse rides.

There was some communication issue from agent and hence we had to wait in the snow for 10-15 mins. Also, the updated hotel name was not shared in the itenary or mail, hence we landed at wrong hotel and again had to get the luggage offloaded and go the right hotel.

Except the hotel in Srinagar , everything was good In Srinagar hotel person gave wrong room category every time and not changing the room or return the difference amount

The hotels were not informed clearly by the travel agent Travel Angle (Shaukat) about the no of pax resulting in waste of time, energy and money, specially at Hill Top hotel (Gulmarg). There was an ann hour and half delay in checkout and we have to bear additional expenses of 6k over and above the final value. We have been told that the payment will be done since 29th Dec, but not yet done. Kindly look into it and get this sorted. Pahalgam hotel Walnut Creek had no view at all as there was a construction carried out next to it, it was not informed to us in advance. After raising the point they said they will change the room the next day and will offer additional/double services to us, which were just words and no actions. Cab driver was the best and over all experience was decent barring these 2 compromises.

We had an amazing experience with Foreign Mates, specially our Host Aarzoo…love their arrangements and treatment and their on time puck up and drop facilities. Also quick arrangements on our needs. I would love to take their hospitality again and again and would love to recommend my family and friends. Above all Aarzoo is a rock star. Houseboat, deb decoration and candle light dinner.

I had done booking of Kashmir trip from tourist delight, Sana from tourist delight help me organise the trip and my experience with them was great. Trip was well planned and I was informed about every thing in detail by Sana. Had a memorable trip. Only concern from my end was regarding the house boat which was not as per my expectations and not of my choice. So on that front I experienced issue although at last minute Sana arranged for a basic hotel at nominal cost. I would suggest the travellers to book House boat only if available in Dal lake else do not go for it as house boat in another lakes are not good. Thanks to the tourist delight and specially to Sana for arranging the trip and taking care of my concerns on priority. Lastly, I know it's not in your end but please make sure that driver provided is friendly and can guide customers and provide information on the places that we visit as our driver was a grumpy one.

i would not like to spoil the reputation of Emaar tours and travels. But would definitely like to give an insight of my tour highlights and hurdles. it was 5N/6D package. Our Srinagar and gulmarg stay was decent but there was a constant reminder from the hotel about pending payments by Emaar. but for the stay in pahalgham we didn't have a confirmed booking as per the itenary due to some miscommunication between emaar and Hotel sales dept. we had to wait in the lobby with a toddler sleeping in my lap for 2 hrs. Miss Ifrah however tried her best to resolve the issue but it was really out of her hands. our tour driver Adil was very good and polite. but was constantly pre-occupied. Coming to travel triangle there is a lot more to improve . I think you should followup about the itenary and hotel insights more rather than just acting as payment gateway portal. Nikita Jaiswal our tour guide from TT was good but didn't have enough knowledge about the process. they must be trained properly before handling a client. overall experience was decent could have been much better.

It was a very memorable and enjoyable trip. All planning was done well and we had a hassle free experience. Rooms were good, having breakfast and dinner in the hotel itself proved and excellent value add. Driver assigned was very friendly and we had a great time.
