We are group of three firstly while planning Hafsa have answered all our queries and considered all our special request. We were guided by Yasir Bhai for whole of the trip. He ensured we meet all the spots in our itinerary. For him our safety and convenience was utmost priority. An add on he let us know the culture of Kashmir. It was all great arrangements by Hermosa. Reliable, Smooth and Cost effective trip organized for couple by Mr. Danish ji, who is a good handler n dedicated man. What was said, they delivered, along with upgradation like ertiga instead of sedan with polite n informative drivers. Visit to Srinagar, Gulmarg, Sonmarg, Zozila pass, Drass, Kargil b/w 07/10/024 - 10/10/024. Saw live snowfall, breathtaking landscape, apple orchards, local culture. Hotels: Mehtaab palace-Srinagar, Glacier Heights-Sonmarg, Inshallah houseboat-Nigen lake. All are near 4 star decent properties in city centric locations. Buffet has veg n non-veg options with good taste. It was travel triangle mediated trip. Recommending Capture Kashmir!!! Apart from above between Jammu-Srinagar to n fro, JKSRTC SML deluxe ac govt bus can be used, which z reliable n comfortable. 7.30am from trc Srinagar; 7.30am from Jammu railway. Travel duration: 7-8 hrs with 2 halts for snacks.

Overall the trip to Kashmir is nice and a must visit place for the travelers once in a lifetime. The place is really a heaven but need certain points of improvements regarding uncertainty/ unforeseen events, safety & security, overprice/overbudget places & over tip culture everywhere despite of best services. Trip was organized fine by 'Travelancer kashmir' company via agent Iqra madam initially and then Ishrat madam, however there are some issues wrt itinerary provided by the company regarding compliances/ follow up of hotels ratings and their hospitality/ services which needs to be taken seriously further in future for other Travelers.

The hotel which was booked for 1st day was not good. Basic amenities like handwash, room freshner etc. were missing. Location of the hotel was also not that good. Other than this, stay was comfortable. Cab was good. The driver was punctual but impatient. He didn't care about lane driving. He was always in a hurry as he had a flight to catch. Coming to sightseeing, local sightseeing of Srinagar could be better. On the last day, driver mentioned some important places which could be visited. On the last day, our check-out time from houseboat was 12 noon. But the driver as well as travel agent insisted that we have to check-out at 11 am at amx and we will be dropped to airport. I had booked my flight in the evening so that I could spend some more time and visit some more places (ofcourse at my own cost). I asked them if they could drop me to the airport in the afternoon but they denied and informed that it will be charged. These things can be improved or may clearly be mentioned at the time of booking.

Accommodation: Clean, comfortable, convenient location, friendly staff, good facilities, and reasonable price. Cab: Punctual, clean, comfortable, professional driver, safe ride.

Fantastic trip. Food was good. Boat house in Dal lake was very good and we enjoyed. Cab driver was nice guy and very cooperative. But we did not know about the Srinagar route closure beyond 4 PM from Pahalgam and we had to be back by 4 PM from Amarnath. You people knew about this, you could have planned for plan B if we came late, beyond 4 pm and saved us Rs. 4500. This was very bad advice/planning from your side.

We recently completed our Kashmir trip. We booked it through Travel triangle and it was a complete hastle free experience. Their local partner "Tasha tours and travels" planned our trip itinerary and arranged everything. Our tour coordinator "Junifar Wani" was extremely humble and coordinated everything with us since we started the trip. She also helped us in booking our gulmarg gondola tickets online, and was in touch with us everyday enquiring about our trip status and well being which was very kind gesture from her. And best part was our cab driver cum guide "Rayees Baya", he was very polite, humble and guided us throughout the trip. He was with us for all the 5 days and guided us in local sightseeing. With "Rayees bhai" and "Junifar" with us throughout the trip we never felt that we are away from home. Hotels were good and comfortable. Hotel City grace in srinagar was average with average food quality and some time restrictions. Our house boat stay with Vanda (Akbar group) at Nigeen lake was comfortable and peaceful. Our stay at Premier pehelgam was also good. Our overall Kashmir trip was awesome, relaxing and was mesmerized with true natural beauty of the paradise.

Its amazing place. I most enjoy the gulmarg and gandola ride. It beautiful houseboat night stay and enjoy sikara ride. All the place is lovely.. Srinagar weather is to good in the month of may. Thanks to travel agents.

Ms. Heena's from "Travel blog Kashmir" provided the best planning and services. thank you very much Heena. below are my observations in my trip 1. Hotel Lidder Resorts (Pahalgam) : location is good, staff behavior is very good, hotel maintenance is bad to worst. 2. Hotel the Valley view (Srinagar) : every thing is excellent 3. Houseboat London House (Srinagar): good staff, good maintenance, but location is not good you don't feel the boat house as you feel in Kerala. I feel no need to stay in Boat house. Cab driver really helped a lot in saving a lot of money by bargain at horse rides, other rides and shopping I give him 5star.

Anisa is very super travel agent and providing end to end coordination and support to us. She checked about our trip on daily basis to make sure we are happy with all services. Planning the trip was very smooth. Best moments of the trip were in betab valley, sonmarg and gulmarg when we played with snow and witnessed snow fall.

My experience was very good as I got the best agent Mehak from a travel designer. She was so helpful and cooperative throughout the trip. The cab facility was also good because of the driver Mr. Yaseen Sahab. He was the driver cum guide. Overall a very good experience. In the houseboat, Waseem Sahab is a very caring and kind person.

Both the Hotels ( four seasons resort and hotel grand hill view) were nice except houseboat. They did not served proper food at the houseboat. Cab driver mr. fayaz Ahmed was very nice and friendly. He also guided us through out the trip. We enjoyed mountain views in pahalgam, snow in gulmarg . And we enjoyed our first ever snowfall at our hotel grand hill view.

Food menu was same everyday,food was not good. Travel agent didn't guide us better way to visit places.. Cab driver was excellent,he was the better guide than travel agent. At Gulmarg v saw snow fall,tat was best moment

Stays and drivers were good but I had a pathetic experience with the travel agent. Her name is Rabiya, from Classic Holidays, Kashmir. Firstly, she did not inform us beforehand that our sims will get blocked in kaShmir. Secondly, she had not updated the driver about anything. He kept asking us about the itinerary. He reached the airport half and hour late as Ms Rabiya changed our driver in the last minute. She was extremely rude when I informed her about the flaws. It seemed she lacks experience. She needs to be trained and taught how to deal with the customers.
