Out of the three, only one hotel in Gulmarg was extremely good. Hotel in Pahalgam lacked many services, including proper heater, which was necessary during such temperatures. Hotel in Srinagar also lacked few services despite being a 4 starproperty and was located in a very secluded place, close to local market instead of tourist market, and we had to commute for about 5-6 Kms even for small things. Overall experience about the cab and driver was good, except for a few small things.

His knowledge about various places to visit and suggestions of cafés and restaurants helped us to enjoy the trip without any hassle. :)

We recently visited Kashmir for the first time, and our 6-day, 6-night honeymoon trip, arranged through Breezy Travels, was an absolute dream come true! From the very beginning, our travel agent, Ms Arooj, was incredibly helpful, polite, and attentive. She took the time to understand our preferences and curated a perfect itinerary for us. The trip details were clearly explained, making everything easy to understand and plan. Every place we visited in Kashmir was a gem in itself—be it the breathtaking beauty of Gulmarg, the serene landscapes of Sonmarg, or the charming surroundings of Pahalgam. Each destination left us in awe. We stayed at three distinct hotels during our trip—OV, Lidder Spring, and Hotel Zahgeer Continental. Each of them offered something unique and memorable, enhancing our overall experience. Today, for our final night, we are staying at the stunning houseboat Anarkali. The name of the houseboat perfectly captures its beauty and the essence of Kashmiri hospitality, making this experience truly unforgettable. Our driver, Mr. Imtiaz, was more than just a driver—he was our guide, companion, and even our photographer at times! His kindness, politeness, and vast knowledge made the trip even more special. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience, always making us feel comfortable and cared for. Apart from the stunning landscapes, one of the highlights of our trip was experiencing the warmth and hospitality of the local people. Kashmir truly is heaven on earth, and the people here have hearts of gold. The food throughout the trip was consistently delicious and fulfilling, adding another layer of joy to our journey. This has been an unforgettable honeymoon, and we can't wait to return to Kashmir someday. A big thank you to Ms. Arooj and Mr. Imtiaz for making this trip so special. I had on of the best experience with breezy. Aisha from breezy was best person one could ask for she helped us from finalizing the itinerary & she was their with us on phone call to the end of the trip. She was constantly available for us on call & would help us with the best prices that were on that day for chain cab, tanmarg to gulmarg cab & etc. I would highly recommend Aisha for the work she has done. Our cab person Aqib bhai was a joyful person he made sure we did not get bored during the drive..he has the best playlist so u will not get bored..he helped us with bargaining in activities like pony rides. He helped us in getting the best shawls saree & other goodies with wanted to gift to our relatives & friends. I would highly recommend breezy because they provided us with such a beautiful experience & the best memories of Kashmir.

Vehicle needs lots of repairs, and driver shud know the routes. Food in pahalgam hotel was awful.no fruits in bfast nor in house boat Gulmarg was awesome, minus the gondola. I shud hv been informed that there is no gondola 0n 29th30th june and 1st july

Pleasent trip. Agents were very supportive special thanks to Tuba and Aroofa. Cab driver Imtiyaz was very helpful though he didn't helped much to save our money while bargaining with locals for rides. Overall very good visit. Will look forward to visit again. :)

Everything was fine except our last stay at hotel hotel Hyde park inn, un this we didn't get the hot water & central heating facility as promised by travel company. Also I already informed that it's our honeymoon tour but I didn't get my candle light dinner and cake etc. If possible I want my refund for the same as it is near 5000/- for honeymoon treat.

Travel agent Ms/Mrs Arshi was very helpful and polite throughout the journey. She has always been there for each and every problem and need during the trip. Really helpful. Many many thanks to her for her commendable job. Cab driver was also good Initially but in last two days, he started not to hear us and did his own. He fooled us sometimes. We wanted to visit Shankaracharya Temple from the very first day of ous trip, but cab driver somehow adjourn the plan and promised to take us on 5th and 6th day of our journey, but didn't take us to Shankaracharya temple or any other temple. He was a little disturbed in last two three days, may be due to some family problem of his own. Overall very nice journey all because of Miss Arshi and her senior Madam, who have always been available for us. Services at HouseBoat were really commendable. We enjoyed a lot during our stay at Anarkali houseboat. We also enjoyed at Pahalgam.

We had an amazing experience with Foreign Mates, specially our Host Aarzoo…love their arrangements and treatment and their on time puck up and drop facilities. Also quick arrangements on our needs. I had done booking of Kashmir trip from tourist delight, Sana from tourist delight help me organise the trip and my experience with them was great. Trip was well planned and I was informed about every thing in detail by Sana. Had a memorable trip. Only concern from my end was regarding the house boat which was not as per my expectations and not of my choice. So on that front I experienced issue although at last minute Sana arranged for a basic hotel at nominal cost. I would suggest the travellers to book House boat only if available in Dal lake else do not go for it as house boat in another lakes are not good. Thanks to the tourist delight and specially to Sana for arranging the trip and taking care of my concerns on priority. Lastly, I know it's not in your end but please make sure that driver provided is friendly and can guide customers and provide information on the places that we visit as our driver was a grumpy one.

Overall experience was good (not great).. Travel agent committed that they'll provide hotel room with best views for all hotels (mountain view).. but we had to ask for the better rooms with views (which they said that every rooms are having mountain view windows) Hotel suggested in Gulmarg was having very low standard, food was not at all good.. they were not co-operative.. Experience in houseboat was also not worth.. the food was again problem.. my wife suffered from food poisoning.. We got strangled in Srinagar as our flight got cancelled due to heavy snowfall.. my travel agent didn't took follow up whether we were doing fine or not.. All the commitment done by travel agent not fulfilled during our trip
