          The trip was booked around 1.5 months prior to the travel and paying full amount, but they had not confirmed the last 2 days hotel booking prior, we had to wait at hotel lobby with family for around 25-30mins before the hotel staff told us the travels did not confirm the booking with them at srinagar. And they said it is a human error and provided a below average hotel instead , which looked like an estranged property, even though we paid for a 3-star package(lights were turned on at the compound when our vehicle entered premises) and we and one more family were the only guests (for a kashmir trip at least you expect a good and safe place); Thank god they shifted us to a better place on second day. The honest thing is that when you are booking a package trip it should be the basic responsibility from the trip planner to confirm all your stays prior and make your vacation seamlessly easy, that is why we are paying the premium and even a single mishap in the trip can spoil your experience, otherwise in this internet era it is not very difficult to book all hotels by yourself and hire a cab driver. Otherwise the travel and cab experience was good; No response from travel triangle even though send communication to coordinator.

          The trip was a mixed feeling for us, sometimes happy and sometimes frustrated. We planned off-season because we had to travel with infant. Hotels could be better and the agent could have guided us better about local sightseeing. Kashmir is a beautiful place in all the seasons. We liked the beauty but the experience was mostly ruined by the unreasonable demand of money by the local union of cab driver and pony riders for sightseeing. We were informed by Sehrish that we have to pay additional charges for the pony rides and all but we were disappointed after knowing the amount. We felt that we should have been instructed about what to do and not do and also a tentative amount for local sightseeing. At every point they asked for 10-15 thousand rupees for the cabs and pony rides. We had to skip many rides because we didn't plan for this much amount and it was shocking. In Gulmarg, we felt cheated by the local cab driver. There is nothing to see in Gulmarg in this season, but they tricked us into booking their ride for a hefty amount. On the way, we realized that after a couple of places, they were showing the same village from different directions. They also made us walk with our baby in the lap a long distance to save fuel. We didn't argue with them for the obvious reasons, it was getting dark and lonely, so we told them to get us back to the hotel. Last but not the least, we thought that we will enjoy the serenity of Dal lake in shikara ride. But unfortunately, most of the time, we were surrounded by dozens of boats selling different things and we spent most of our time by saying, "sorry bhaiya, nahi chahiye". To summarize, if you really want to enjoy Kashmir trip, do your research properly and be prepared to spend 30-50K additional amount over and above the package, just for local sightseeing.           The Trip was very well planned. Stays provided were nice and clean and cozy. The driver cum tour guide Umar was very helpful and polite. Umar was very affectionate with our infant baby and took good care of him. Left Kashmir with lifetime memories. What impressed me most was the Support provided by the tour operator Tourist Delight, unlike other tour operators they provided nice after sale support as well and were very keen into resolving the small issues that we faced. We are back to Delhi but have left our heart in Kashmir only.

          Hotel choice need to be improved on. Gulmarg hotel Flouresene was in very bad condition basic amenities like running hot water was unavailable. Please check condition of hotels before booking room for guests. Cab by Syed travels was excellent. Travel agent services were good and accomodating to requests.

          Over all it was good,most loved one was phalgam stay and gulmarg stay and but fully dissatisfied with the 2 night hotel stay at hotel International at srinagar,it was unforgettable nights,which irritate me a lot,you know in breakfast we have to ask the hotel management we will do breakfast ,also we ve to ask for tea than they stared at us,in breakfast it was amazing one day only bread butter and jam was given on request,and next day it was only Maggie,and in dinner they serve like we people were having dinner in mess, served in steal thaali's which are used in hostels,and food was so mind blowing tasty that no was next day ready to eat..and room was so much most loveable location that whole night traffic didn't allowed me to slept ..and hotel was around 30-40 years old which was externally renovated but rooms bathroom and tape was very much old,tape keep leaking and i slept in night there because of bathroom full of taped leake water....pls confirm ur booking after final confirmation of hotels by them...in this fear at our last day we didn't eat dinner at house boat also... Gulmarg stay and phalgam,will give 4 star rating for them

          It was an amazing trip of 6 days albeit a few hiccups here and there. It was well arranged, we were thankful to get a decent driver and the overall planning of the trip was good. The best of the trip was the visit to Sonamarg and the stay in the Houseboat. We had to settle for an average room in Pahalgam although we were promised a good accommodation partly due to the rush of tourists and partly due to miscommunication between the agents and the hotel. Thank you Travel Talha for the wonderful experience overall.

          Overall we had a good trip with Kashmir holidays. Ajaz was kind & responsive to give us good services. But we had not so good experience with couple of hotels provided by the agent. Ski hill resort in gulmarg was on the hill and no road for car to go. They had only 1 ATV to take people and sometimes we had to walk all the way. House boat ( young bombay) was very pathetic. KH agent did move us to slightly better house boat after complain. We were provided 4 different cabs with different drivers in our 6 day trip. Drivers are always trying to force you to buy things which you really dont need to increase his commissions.

          The trip was well organized by our travel agent..He was always available to solve our problems.We liked the properties we had been given stay in.. We were little unhappy with the drivers as they were not flexible if we wanted to make even a little change in the plan. I think while traveling such flexibility should be given.           Hotels provided in Pahalgam and gulmarg were good but in srinagar, The hotel Dar rehman was below par. Rooms were small, not cleaned, in one room there was no hot water and in other room every outlet was having boiled water even in jet spray. Extra beddings were not comfortable at all. We asked them to replace the extra bedding but they did not replace it and said that's all they have got. Blankets were not clean and after repeated requests to travel agency they did not changed the room or hotel. Travel agency were also not responding on times. And in the end when we asked them to drop at pathankot in place of Jammu, they asked for rupees 10000 for just 100 km. So overall Kashmir is very beautiful place but our experience with Travel agency and hotels were mixed. Won't recommend the agency to others they even charged extra for our child even after mentioning in the itenary and denied accepting that the child was included at all.

          It was pleasant experience booking with travel triangle and eventually being handled by proxima holidays. From Proxima , Mehvish , did tried her best to ensure no hassles should occur during my 5 nights and 6 days trip. Regarding stay : Srinagar - Stay at Karam Gold was was awesome. They have good buffet option and food is also very tasty. Pehelgam - Stay at Pehelgam retreat was just ok. Rooms were very small. And one thing which i came to know after reaching there was that there is fix timing for both Geyser and AC heater , which was very annoying. Food was just ok Gulmarg - Stay at Royal park was good. The property is very nice with scenic view. Food was just ok. Rooms were good in size and aesthetics were good. Houseboat - My biggest blooper was stay at houseboat. There were too many negatives about houseboat. Although the houseboat in look was very good with good big size rooms. My stay was with Canada Group of Houseboat which was at Nigeen lake ( which was good , I didn't like Dal Lake much). With giant size rooms , there were almost zero facility in the houseboat. Most of the time AC heater wasn't working due to electricity issue so it was chilling specially during night. And caretaker didn't took any load to start the generator. There was no water bottle in the room ( very basic ) and if u ask for one you will be charged for it. There was a very good bathtub in the washroom , but no soap or shampoo. There wasn't even a dental kit available and upon asking one toothpaste also , we were denied. Food was home cooked and not good at all as options were also very limited. My driver through out the journey was very good and cab which was given to me was etios . Overall a good trip ( but very little discomfort )

          One of the Hotel - Hotel Poshwan in Gulmarg was very damp and dirty. Had difficulty in sleeping there. Food was Average. Cab given on first 5 days was in very poor condition. On last day cab was good. Cab drivers were good. Every Hotel was arranged fine by Talha Travels. Their services were good. Food and rooms could have been better. Overall reasonable experience.
