        Nitish's 4 days trip to Kashmir

        I had a worst experience with emaar tour and travels and first with travel triangle. Travel triangle had allowed emaar tour and travels on this platform to make people fool. They booked expensive hotels for us but provided us cheaper one. We had complaint about this. Even we have paid for gulmarg itinerary but they charged for cab and all. The houseboat they have provided in dal lake Srinagar had limited food and they told us there will be buffet system and also houseboat incharge got money and booking info about only for 4 person and we were 5 and we had paid for 5 person. In the whole trip we had pathetic experience and everytime we were just calling the agent and wasting our time and didn't spent much time on exploring the places because of them. I request travel triangle to take an action on Zanaib and emaar tour and travels . So that they won't make people fool in future by showing quotation different and offer different or else I had to go my future trips from other sources like makemytrip Didn't had anythinge memorable.         Apart from the driver ..everything was good ..Travel agent is also very supportive and always reachable for any concerns .         The 3 day trip to Kashmir was a wonderful experience. The coordinators were polite and humble. However, the trip was taxing. The cab driver (Mr. Muddassar) alloted to us used to manipulate the planned trip and made on the ground changes for his own convenience. We missed our Shikara ride due to cab drivers manipulations in the tour plan. There was no coordination between the travel agent and the driver. The changes made by drivers were not informed to the coordinators and to us which created a lot of chaos. The tour plan for 1st and 3rd day was shuffled. Our houseboat bookings were made by some other name and we were alloted a different houseboat. Due to these changes the trip became exhausting. Otherwise it went smooth. *Improvement points* 1. Bookings must be confirmed with hotels and house boat owners before hand. 2. A set route plan must be shared with the driver and tourist and the same must be followed for a hassle-free experience. 3. Shankar Aacharya Temple can be included in the sight seeing plan for tourists.

        Hotel: Requested for 3-star hotel but the hotels provided doesn’t have any facility even power was not available. Also have hygiene issues. Places: It was raining, so many places are skipped due to time constraint. Didn't helped for Kondala ride tickets would have been helpful if it was arranged. Food : Good, arranged properly and had few options. Cab: Driver was helpful in arranging local transport in Pagalgam and Gulmarg. Coordination: Travel agent was very responsive before payment and the tone and response changed after payment started saying no can’t be done even for small things. Overall booking experience was awesome, but travel experience was very bad. Thanks! Excellent climate !!

        Thank you for organising a wonderful trip. Car, drivers, hotels, specially houseboat, all were great and helpful. However there were some issues in Green Orchid hotel. Drinking water was not clean and sometimes there was no hot or cold water in washroom. And person at front desk at Limewood Inn didn't show good behavior. Atlast it was a memorable trip.         The holiday package and trip to Kashmir was nice, apart from the hotel - Shuhul resort in Srinagar which was not good, everything else including houseboat and stay at pehalgam was good. The Driver of cab was very nice . Recommend to use the same driver to all - Mr Mansoor(Innova cab) .
