          Travel triangle is a good place to get everything done on a single platform. But, the charges are very high. The reason for 3stars across the fields is because of lack of transparency which led lot of extra expenses from my end. This was my second trip with Travel Triangle and I believe I will have to think twice before looking for trip plans for them in future. Not recommended to anyone.

          About One World travel: * Muneeb was the travel executive who handled my trip, very professional and resourceful. Recommend One world travel and specifically Muneeb. * Every travel has issues and I had a share of mine. Muneeb promptly took ownership and resolved these, especially with a very rude and hostile driver, who happened to be assigned to me initially (should not have been though it was resolved amicably by replacing the vehicle and driver, though i had to compromise on the quality of the vehicle vs dealing with a hostile driver). * Got some good tips from Muneeb as well, for the trip and reasonable flexibility too. * Overall, good experience with One World travel thanks to Muneeb. Came to Travel triangle a reasonable aggregation portal for multiple travel quotes for the trip you are planning and pick the one that works. However, my experience was, though at least 3-4 tour operators provided quotes, finally except one none provided further support when i wanted to finalize the deal and book. This beats the whole purpose of Travel Triangle as a portal for a customer to compare quotes and pick the one that works best -- not a good experience. Provided this feedback to my TT coordinator, though i had to go with the quote I received from the most responsive of the tour operators - One World Travel due to lack of time.

          First contact - From the first phone call, our agent - Nadiya, guided me in ensuring I was aware of all the decisions I had to take pre-trip. She helped me book the cable car ticket without which our whole trip's plan would have failed. Our agent - Our agent Nadiya had excellent communication skills which was the biggest plus point. She understood exactly what I wanted and formulated my itinerary accordingly. She never said no to any of my requests of customization. She took care going the extra mile each time we sought her help. Whether it is our day schedule or hotels, she elaborated on the smallest details of the trip and answered all my questions with a smile whether my questions were serious or silly. Package and price - They gave the most competitively priced package to us. The price was a lot lower than anything given by other agents. Breath Taking Holidays was an easy winner and choice in the price department. The package was heavily customized and the price was extremely competitive. Driver and car - Our driver was friendly and polite and was also our voluntary cameraman sometimes. My mother fell ill during the trip and he took us to the best hospital and helped us with the process end-to-end. Our agent continuously took updates from me during our trip. Every other agent was offering us a cheap sedan, while our agent offered us a luxury Ertiga without asking. This car made our trip a whole lot comfortable given the seating and storage and large windows to gauge the beauty of Kashmir. Hotels - Our agent picked the best of the best hotels with the best rooms. Even if there were slight issues, she ensured to compensate us in leaps and bounds. We were amazed by the class of luxury hotel rooms we were provided with. Our agent did all this without our asking and for the price we paid, the hotel rooms were over-the-top. Excellent experience. We had both breakfast and dinner included which was extremely good as well. Boathouse - Our agent owned a group of boathouses and we were given a private 1BHK boathouse in Nigeen Lake which was much better than Dal Lake. Having a boathouse entirely just for us made our experience so much more delightful and peaceful in the evening. We could enjoy the quiet of the night without disturbances as it was not a shared boathouse. This was the most mind-blowing part of the trip. The owner of the boathouse welcomed and made us feel home. The owner also took us around to the best and most legitimate shop to buy the dry fruits and nuts and also dropped us to the airport. Closure note - Breath Taking Holidays, Nadiya and team, took care of us like family and I am not exaggerating. I would recommend them to any travelling party without a second thought.

          As an avid traveler who recently embarked on a journey to Kashmir, I felt compelled to share my experience with Emmar Travel Services. While the beauty of Kashmir exceeded my expectations, I encountered some challenges regarding the professionalism of the travel agency. We have enjoyed our stay at shrinagar and Gulmarg. However at pehalgam we have been misguided and given a different property which was not as per our invoice and value for money. And the whole scenario left us in unnecessary stress. Although the agent Ifra has been tried to be very kind and genuine with us but this one incident has detracted from the overall experience of my journey. We truly impressed with our driver Adil for his genuine warmth and hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the journey. We wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone planning a visit to this stunning region. As a customer, I believe it is crucial for travel agencies like travel traingle to get actively involved and keep a track on the service that has been provided by travel agency to uphold a high level of professionalism in all aspects of their service. This includes clear and timely communication with the customer and being fare with the offered travel package. Here we observed that travel traingle has no role beyond providing platform for different agencies, which was really disappointing.

          Hotel at Srinagar and house boat were below par. In Srinagar hotel one room was very small, toilets were unclean, there was no provision for even charging mobile phones in power cut. Vehicle and driver were good. Hotels at Pahelgaon, Sonmarg were good, at Gulmarg hotel was at a very odd location, much before Gulmarg. Travel agent did not provide guidance related to Gulmarg cable car rush, as a result the who;e plan got delayed and we had to skip a major point at Srinagar. As the main travel agent, Travel Triangle did not even make a phone call or did not even enquire once about how the trip was going on. On the penultimate day, I had some issues and I called them and explained to them. But not only no solution was provided by them, they did not even call me back. I am totally disappointed with Travel Triangle this time

          Recently we went to Kashmir. It's a family trip. 9 members of my family visited Kashmir and Katra for 7 nights . It's a wonderful place to spend time. Everyone felt bad on the last day of the trip as it end soon :) Every place in Kashmir is unique. We had a great time. Here couple of feedback from my side 1. As I am regular traveller, i requested TT for discount. I didn't get response. It would have been good atleast u said possible or not possible 2. We were not aware that pre-paid mobile SIM cards doesn't work in Kashmir. If it was informed to us we would have purchased post paid card. 3. In the trip, 3 vehicles have been changed. Second vehicle was not good. Everyone suffered. Despite of we requesting for good vehicle, we received a bad one. 4. Boat house was not clean. Initially the boat house management was rude with us. Broken chairs, dusty rooms and sofas. I shared the pics to travels team. Even breakfast was not good. Butter and jam were not fresh. They didn't give water bottles to us. After the travels team spoke to them, they were normal. Please take care of all these. So that other visitors won't suffer like us.

          Hotels at Srinagar and Pahalgam also boat house at Dal lake was really good, but stay at Pahalgam Lidder resort was worst , no proper power backup it was too cold and we couldn’t rest proper , rest all services were so good, driver was too kind and he helped us to shop at the best places, eat at the best places also he gave very good intro about local things.           Etios car was not given as per contract. Swift Desire was given. Hotel standard and food at Pahelgam was not up to the mark. No wifi. Utensils at dinner and breakfast was bad. Hotels and food at other places was good. Houseboat was at the back side where the water of Dal Lake was dirty. My expectations was much better. As per contract Rizz Tours and Travels were suppose to purchase the Gondola Tickets at Gulmarg. But they could not arrange tickets in my name. So I missed the Gondola ride which is the mail attraction of Gulmarg . Tulip Garden and Natural beauty of Kashmir
