She was there towards our entire trip and she gets regular updates from us as well as driver. Now, let me take a moment to applaud our exceptional driver, Mr.Nisar. He was more than just a driver, he became our guide and a friend. We had excellent communication and understanding. Trip was executed as per planned. Hotel selection as perfect and Khushboo made everything easy for us, I won't tell this as a costly trip and she made it as luxury trip at low cost. We had language issues, but Khushboo was there to translate during shopping as well. I highly recommend Adorable Tours and Travels to anyone looking for a stress-free and memorable travel experience. There was some communication issue from agent and hence we had to wait in the snow for 10-15 mins. Also, the updated hotel name was not shared in the itenary or mail, hence we landed at wrong hotel and again had to get the luggage offloaded and go the right hotel.

Had a fantastic experience with Adorable tours and travels right from the beginning. A special shout out to Ms. Ishrat Khan for being so helpful, super fast responsive and taking feedback during the trip almost on daily basis. My entire family (3 couples) had an awesome experience (expect Snow bike cheats @ Gondola 1st phase activities zone, which was not a part of the package ofcourse) on all 7 days of the trip. Our representative / driver Mr. Wahid was also an amazing person who showed and suggested very good places throughout the trip. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better and flawless family vacation with parents. All thanks to Adorable Tours and Travels, Ms. Ishrat Khan (my travel advisor) and our representative/driver Wahid. Though I had a wonderful experience with Adorable tours and travels, I am totally disappointed with support from Travel Triangle, especially Manu Kaushik (travel Triangle Trip advisor), who was absolutely non responsive after my first installment was paid and a liar (multiple times he had his wife pick up the call and inform me that he's not at home after she said she would hand over the phone to him). I hope no one gets him as their travel advisor ! Chandanwadi Doodhpatri, and Gulmarg : such pretty and beautiful places!

Our hotel arrangement in Srinagar was not good. After saying many times, we did not get any cooperation from the hotel. Most of the time there was no power supply at night. One day there was no hot water. This time we’re very much unhappy with this trip. In future we will think about booking with travel triangle. Our hotel arrangement in Srinagar was not good. As an avid traveler who recently embarked on a journey to Kashmir, I felt compelled to share my experience with Emmar Travel Services. While the beauty of Kashmir exceeded my expectations, I encountered some challenges regarding the professionalism of the travel agency. We have enjoyed our stay at shrinagar and Gulmarg. However at pehalgam we have been misguided and given a different property which was not as per our invoice and value for money. And the whole scenario left us in unnecessary stress. Although the agent Ifra has been tried to be very kind and genuine with us but this one incident has detracted from the overall experience of my journey. We truly impressed with our driver Adil for his genuine warmth and hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the journey. We wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone planning a visit to this stunning region. As a customer, I believe it is crucial for travel agencies like travel traingle to get actively involved and keep a track on the service that has been provided by travel agency to uphold a high level of professionalism in all aspects of their service. This includes clear and timely communication with the customer and being fare with the offered travel package. Here we observed that travel traingle has no role beyond providing platform for different agencies, which was really disappointing.

Travel triangle is a good place to get everything done on a single platform. But, the charges are very high. The reason for 3stars across the fields is because of lack of transparency which led lot of extra expenses from my end. This was my second trip with Travel Triangle and I believe I will have to think twice before looking for trip plans for them in future. Not recommended to anyone.

About One World travel: * Muneeb was the travel executive who handled my trip, very professional and resourceful. Recommend One world travel and specifically Muneeb. * Every travel has issues and I had a share of mine. Muneeb promptly took ownership and resolved these, especially with a very rude and hostile driver, who happened to be assigned to me initially (should not have been though it was resolved amicably by replacing the vehicle and driver, though i had to compromise on the quality of the vehicle vs dealing with a hostile driver). * Got some good tips from Muneeb as well, for the trip and reasonable flexibility too. * Overall, good experience with One World travel thanks to Muneeb. Came to Travel triangle a reasonable aggregation portal for multiple travel quotes for the trip you are planning and pick the one that works. However, my experience was, though at least 3-4 tour operators provided quotes, finally except one none provided further support when i wanted to finalize the deal and book. This beats the whole purpose of Travel Triangle as a portal for a customer to compare quotes and pick the one that works best -- not a good experience. Provided this feedback to my TT coordinator, though i had to go with the quote I received from the most responsive of the tour operators - One World Travel due to lack of time.

Kashmir is heaven. But hotel provided to me 3 star rating is basically zero star. I have cancelled 3 hotels with one nonrefundable. There are lots extra expenses in Kashmir which was not informed to me. The cab provided to me is not allowed beyond a place due to taxi union .

We were received at the airport by Mr. Amir, who was very proactive and helpful in all aspects. He navigated us throughout the tour without any rush or delay at any place, and made us comfortable throughout our entire tour. Hotel Grand Sahara Hills at Srinagar was cosy and spacious, and we had a good experience. But they need to improve their room service. (4 stars) Hotel Supreme Resort at Pahalgam is not fully ready to receive guests. The hotel construction is not complete. Basic facilities such as approach road are not yet built, and the generator is not capable of running heater or geyser. The location is also not great. Food served had limited choices, they had only jain food. (2 stars) Hotel Zahgeer at Gulmarg is very good and in a good location. Service and food was also good. (5 stars) On the last day we stayed in Blue Dolphin houseboat in Dal lake. While the houseboat itself is okay, it was too cold to utilise any of its space due to the extremely cold weather. It had a firewood based heater in 2 out of 4 rooms, which was not sufficient to warm any room up to a comfortable temperature. We should have been advised against staying in a houseboat in such a weather condition on the last day of a long trip. The tour co-ordinators were in communication and helped out wherever possible.

Aisha from breezy was best person one could ask for she helped us from finalizing the itinerary & she was their with us on phone call to the end of the trip. She was constantly available for us on call & would help us with the best prices that were on that day for chain cab, tanmarg to gulmarg cab & etc. I would highly recommend Aisha for the work she has done. Our cab person Aqib bhai was a joyful person he made sure we did not get bored during the drive..he has the best playlist so u will not get bored..he helped us with bargaining in activities like pony rides. He helped us in getting the best shawls saree & other goodies with wanted to gift to our relatives & friends. I would highly recommend breezy because they provided us with such a beautiful experience & the best memories of Kashmir.
