We are very happy with the bookings with Breath taking holidays and specially with Sana Mam she is very helpful and coordinating each and every steps in whole trip. And in my bookings all the services are very good like Hotels,House boat and specially Food is very very good in all the hotel's. And special thing is that on every day min. Two calls we get from Sana man for taking care of all my family's members. Also We are very thankful for Taxi service in whole trip and My Driver (Khalid bhai) he is very expert in driving and very helpful and polit in nature. Unfortunately my wife having stone sevior pain but Khalid bhai on a very urgent basis move to the hospital and taking all the formalities on Avery fast basis in local language and give best treatment. Next 1 hour she is relief in pain and again we start our trip with good memories. And last again we very thankful to Breath taking holidays, Sana Mam and Khalid bhai.

The total package was excellent. Economical. Only the issue was with hotel provided at pehelgam. It was not at all 3 star category. Dirty room, bad hospitality, non availability of hot water. Other than this excellent tour package. Will definitely suggest others to choose TT

Thank you for sharing the Kashmir journey. The hotel you offered was nice, and we are receiving excellent service. The cab and driver Bilal that you gave are below average; if we had any questions, he would always answer "no" directly, with no aim of making the customer pleased. It is acceptable for him to stop wherever he pleases, but when we ask for anything, he merely refuses. We had to spend more than three hours traveling to Sonmarg to get him to fix his car, so we arrived at 9 p.m. Please don't provide this driver Bilal to anybody else so they don't ruin their trip. Although there was some early uncertainty, Breezy and Ayesha did a wonderful job planning the package.

The trip arranged was good however it could be improved if the below pointers considered. Driver was not telling us the places to visit and their timings which resulted in delays and few places not been covered. The driver should be helpful and should tell the timings of gardens . Also one day on Pahalgam is not enough since we reached there at 5 PM due to heavy traffic which is very late to cover any valley. House boat and zero point are the best memories of the trip

Trip advisor support is very, needs improvement. Never given any trip nor call for any support, maximum time not received my call when I need his support, He always avoid my call. Taxi condition was excellent, driver behavior was very good and hotel service was satisfactory or can say not bad

Best part of trip was cab and cab driver Riyaz.. He has been the best support for us throughout the trip and has been guiding us appropriately. Hotels can be improved. Except Houseboat, I believe hotels does not seems to be 3 star. We had discussion regarding this with travel agent Sana as well. There was also a situation where hotel in gulmarg denied our reservation, but Sana did supported us with another booking.. In my view accommodations were not that good as expected. Service of travel agent throughout the trip in terms of ease of reachability was good.
