back. House boat - was good, food awesome, Complementary Shikara ride, very bad, didn't take to lake, took round near house boats Marina - Great location, good hospitality. Holiday Inn - great location but not good service, used bed sheets were provided, nothing is there but few rooms. Royal Arabia - Again had to request for changes of bed sheets, hot water supply limited 7 to 10 AM and 7-10 PM, poor quality of bathroom. Car was good, but driver didn't help at any places, took different routes where the local union persons could caught us for Pony rides etc., was not taking to places where car can go instead was convincing us to take horse rides, convinced to take guide at Gondala which was not required, parked car in specific location at Sonmarg where We had to take pony ride at higher cost due to losing options hence bargaining power. Shefali Helped wherever required. If the above points are taken care, would like to book with Tripita once again. Overall Rating 3.5 star

d hospitality, except for Royal Park at Gulmarg, where the rooms were not up to the mark in terms of cleanliness and overall ambience in the rooms as compared to the others on our trip. Rest all was top class, including hotel staff, food & facilities in the rooms. Ms. Fozia and the team at Burooj were always there on WhatsApp and phone calls to answer our queries before the trip and ensured that they resolve any issues that. Her useful tips and great suggestions helped us make appropriate decisions further enriching our experience throughout the trip. A special thank you to Nayeem Bhai, our skillful driver, who was very kind and always had a sweet smile on his face, ever so patient and polite. He was always ready before the promised time and remained calm and drove us through Kashmir with utmost care ensuring that we and the kids enjoyed the ride to the fullest. as promised you made our trip very memorable. All the hotels booked are clean, polite staff, professional, and especially extraordinary with food provided for both breakfast and dinner. Even my daughter enjoyed the food a lot. We are a foodie and we don't want to take a chance to sleep/go out on empty stomach you make sure to book the kind of hotels very hygienic in food preparation, taste, quality, and quantity. When we ask for food for parcel hotel people are never hesitant to give while going site seeing. Very well managed situation: Once the situation comes, then we will come to know the skills of the travel partners, we had that situation and the act of Burooj Travels is tremendous and well appreciated. While we are traveling from Gulmarg to Sonmarg there was a cloud burst and we thought our day will going to be lost and we will be struck on the road. But immediately the travels took a step and re-routed us from Gulmarg to Yousmarg. Yousmarg is also one of the lovely places and we enjoyed it a lot, especially my daughter playing many games in the river water. We suppose to stay in Sonmarg as our hotel is booked at Sonmarg. Due to the issue of cloud burst, Travels booked Grand Miland hotel without a single rupee extra charge. Here is one of the incidents which will differentiate exceptional travels compared to other travels. I very much liked how travels handled this situation well mannered and without trouble to the guests. Hotels: We have stayed below hotels ->Hotel Grand Miland (Srinagar) ->Ritz Inn Hotel (Srinagar) ->Quazi Cotteges (Pahalgham) ->Hotel Hill View (Gulmarg) ->Alexandra Boat House (Srinagar) --I suggest please avoid booking a boat house as we didn't like the smell of Dhal lake(polluted water) as well as the food. Places: Srinagar Doodhpathri Pahalgam Gulmarg Yousmarg Cab: Cab service is excellent and we have not faced a single issue Travels provided a Tavera vehicle for only three of us (Husband, Wife, and Daughter). It gave us nice luggage space to keep all our things back and sit nicely in the front seats. The driver was also very polite and guided us on where to go how much time is required to travel from one place to another, and also site seeing. Food: Both Breakfast and Dinner buffet Our journey: 2-Jul-2022 to 9-Jul-2022 Travels Called before departure of our flight and make sure we will not face any issue at the time of landing. The moment we landed (at 6 PM) travel agent was waiting for us at the airport, picked up our luggage and kept it in the car, and dropped us at the hotel(Ritz Inn). The hotel people are very polite and with a smile faces received us. Fresh up had a nice dinner with both veg and non-veg and it is a buffet. The next day morning, had a nice breakfast and the vehicle came on time at 9 AM for the local site seeing. Till night 7 PM we were site seeing. At night 7:30 PM reached the hotel and freshen up and had dinner. Every day break-fast and dinner menu will be changed and So, we didn't feel bore of the same food. The next day morning, started to Doodhpathri after breakfast, and hotel people provide parcels for our daughter with boiled eggs and bread-jam. In Doodhpathri don't need to take a pony ride. If at all you want to take you to need to bargain a lot. We enjoyed site seeing at Doodhpathri and the river flow. Then reached the hotel in the evening at 6 PM, had dinner, and took a rest. The next day morning, we checked out hotel after breakfast and went to Pahalgam. Due to Amarnath Yathra, it took 1-hour extract for us to reach from Srinagar to Pahalgam. Again here also you need to bargain a lot for a pony ride and here it is required for most people to take a pony ride. We enjoyed this pony ride compare to Doodhpathri. In Pahalgam, we have a local taxi union and fixed fares for local site seeing and not a single rupee bargain. Taxi union fares are very reasonable. We need to take taxis as taxi people do not allow tourist vehicles(yellow board) for site seeing. At night around 7 PM, we checked in Quazi Cottages and which is a riverside hotel. My daughter liked a lot of food here for dinner. Spacious rooms and polite receiving. At night my daughter asked for milk, I hope around 11:30 PM, they happily provided a boost without a single rupee extra and without any hesitation. In the morning we freshen up and had a nice breakfast. Forgot to mention one thing, don't miss having fresh apple juice on the way from Srinagar to Pahalgam. You can visit apple farms. The next day morning, we started our journey from Pahalgam to Gulmarg. We directly went to Hotel hill view and took a 1-hour rest. After that, we wanted to eat Wazwan as it is very famous in Kashmir. It is wonderful and we enjoyed ourselves a lot in Wazwan. After lunch, some locals site seeing and then went to the hotel. The hotel is very clean and the hotel staff is very professional. Had a nice and tasty dinner with different varieties. We requested if any possible to have poori and aloo curry the next day morning and they told me yes for the request as my daughter likes poori. Don't miss Drung valley in Gulmarg and here you can enjoy the river flow. The next day morning, had a nice breakfast and my daughter liked the poori as well. We started to Gandola ride and there is not much crowd, without any waiting time (It will change as I heard in December to March) we got into Phase 1 of the Cable car ride. At the phase 1 stop, we spent around 1 hour and started to phase 2 cable ride. Here we waited around 15 mins in queue and went to phase 2. Finally found snow at Phase -2, we played well in the snow and my daughter enjoyed it a lot. Took nice pics. Around 6 PM we came to know that there was cloud brust on the way to Sonmarg and all Amarnath Yathra people also stopped. We were worried about the situation and thought of loose a day. Here the exceptional skills of travel came into the picture, they called us and informed us we have planned different site seeing areas for you and your day will not going to be wasted. Immediately they called the driver and asked him to take us to Yousmarg in the morning. Without waiting time before we reach Gulmarg to Srinagar, Travels booked us Hotel Grand Miland in Srinagar and it is a very nice hotel and food is excellent. The next day morning, we had a nice breakfast with both north and south Indian varieties. The driver came on time and we started to Yousmarg and reached Yousmarg. Here you don't need to take Pony and if you wish you can. Don't forget to bargain. Truly my daughter enjoyed it very well and played in the river water almost till 3 PM. Evening we started from Yousmarg and on the way, we have seen a lot of Walnuts farms as well as apple farms. Around 5:30 PM we reached Srinagar and did some shopping at Lalchowk and nearby areas as it is our last day for the trip. The driver showed nice shopping areas. After shopping around 8 PM, we started at Alexander Boat House and after check-in, we had a nice Shikara ride in dhal lake. It is complimentary provided by travels. In the boat house, we had dinner. I would strongly suggest instead of a boat house we can stay nice hotel in Srinagar. The next day morning, we had breakfast and after that, started around 11:30 AM to the airport for departure as our flight is 3:30 PM. On the way, the driver showed us a nice hotel as in airport food is not that taste. We had a very tasty lunch and reached the airport around 1:30 PM. The driver helped to carry the luggage to airport entry. Forgot to mention, to complete our trip we have only one vehicle(Tavera) and the same driver. When we were at the airport, a travel person called and enquired about departure, when we will reach to destination and some general stuff. Finally, we reached our home and our memorable trip finished without a single trouble. They have never gone down from their standards and policies and kept up the promise. Though I had language problems, I felt home away from home at Kashmir due to the help / support provided by their team. (4) Drivers (Altafbhai / Mamu) were very genuine and ready to help on all occasions. (5) Except instances highlighted above it was a memorable and enjoyable trip. (6) I would recommend to confirm with the hotels directly about the reservations or get the confirmation vouchers directly from hotel.
