est one i found was from Proxima Holidays through Travel Traingle. Its a local Srinagar Travel Company. So Obviously they know Kashmir better than anyone else. I requested Miss Aroofa (Owner of Proxima) to make all nights (3 Nights) of Our Srinagar stay to be in Houseboat. While all other Travel Companies rejected my request. Miss Aroofa very kindly accepted it. So that was 1st big Positive. Now i wanted my Tour to be customised according to my needs. Miss Aroofa customised our tour according to what we requested without any hesitation. She even guided my about what type of weather there will be, what kind of Clothes you should take with you. Even on which day, we should plan for different things. We had a small baby with us. She also gave some instruction abt tht. Before starting our Tour, communication was very good from Proxima. We reached Srinagar on a rainy day. Everything was arranged by Proxima as they promised. Due to Rain we had to change few things in our tour. Its was changed by Miss Aroofa in a blink of eye. The Houseboat we were given was same as shown in photos. Houseboat stay was kind of luxurious. The Owner, Food, Location were as perfect as it should be. Our Driver for 5 days was Mr. Showkat. Very good in nature. Very supportive, guided us to many things. 5 Stars for Mr. Showkat for smooth rides and guidance. We had our baby little unwell for a day there. Miss Aroofa and Mr. Showkat helped us to get some medicines and even guided us to a child hospital if needed. Miss Aroofa, the Owners itself used to ask about everything 3-4 times a day, like how its going, any problem you facing. It was like a family feeling with Aroofa ji and Proxima. Everything Proxima holidays Arranged for us was perfect. Whether it was Houseboat Stay, or Hotel in Pahalgam or Our Shikara Ride. Those 4-5 days became very memorable for us because of Miss Aroofa and Proxima. Whenever i will coma back to Kashmir, i will come through Proxima Only, because they Care I will also recommend everyone to not go for big names for your kashmir tour. Go for Those who know kashmir better than everyone Else. 5 out of 5 for Miss Aroofa and Proxima..

lady who handled our booking was always in touch before and during the trip, ensuring everything was well-arranged. She even took care of booking all the rides in Kashmir and kept us informed about every place we visited. A special gesture that touched our hearts was when she surprised us with a birthday cake for our son during the trip—such a thoughtful act! ere was also a situation where hotel in gulmarg denied our reservation, but Sana did supported us with another booking.. In my view accommodations were not that good as expected. Service of travel agent throughout the trip in terms of ease of reachability was good.
