Rizz Tours and Travels did setup all the things in advance and was very welcoming in nature. I will recommend to my friends and family for further booking. Nadia from Rizz tours was our point of contact and responded to each and every minute details for our trip.

The trip manager Sahil, from TravelTriangle promised I will receive an updated quotation a day before the trip but he didn’t even respond to me about the same and I had to pay the older amount.

Took my elderly parents and wanted no hustle. Mid Aug trip to Srinagar (2days) , Gulmarg (1day) , Sonmarg (2days) was carefully planned. All arrangements were made as per due discussion with us and was very suitable. We enjoyed and thanks to all hotel members, ss tours executive (Seerat Mam) and ofcourse our cab driver and guide My Sameer.

1. The travel agent had promised that cab driver will meet you as you walk out of platform but the cab was standing way outside the railway station. 2. The hotel provided at srinagar was very good in all respects but the house boat and the hotel at pahelgam was below par.

I was very satisfied with the service. The app is very helpful in organizing trips. There are several quotation that you can choose from according to your budget. Sana from Tourist delight was very helpful and caring.

I plan a family trip for Kashmir in the mid of March 2023.I opt Travel Trangle as a tour operator of J & K. The hotels & house boat are in best places from where the view is amazing.The cab driver Raja are so decent & well behaved.The tour is amazing & hassel free,we enjoyed the places with lots of joy.Thank you Travel Tangle team for a memorable tour at Kashmir.

The experience was great, there was just one sour experience with the travel agent which lead to additional spents from me. There some lack of clarity between travel agent and hotels on stay dates aswell.

We had booked a 5 day 4 night tour to Kashmir. Ms. Afreen was our contact person from Classic Holidays and she made sure that we get the best possible deal on our package. The accommodations provided by them were top notch. Here's what I felt : 1. Great deal offered at a lower cost. (3 star hotels with centralised heaters with MAPAI meal plan) 2. Decent customer service. (Resolved issues soon enough) 3. Punctual drivers available at your disposal. The driver(Shabir Dar) assigned by Classic Holidays was a decent, punctual and honest guy. There were quite a bit of obstacles like road block, entire city highway closed due to security (common during republic day & VIP visits) still Shabbir made sure we reached our destination on time. Ms. Afreen responded to my calls in a while, when we felt inconvenient (only once due to local scams) and made sure we were comfortably placed. They have good enough experience in organising Kashmir tours and will recommend travelers to opt for Classic Holidays.

The holiday package and trip to Kashmir was nice, apart from the hotel - Shuhul resort in Srinagar which was not good, everything else including houseboat and stay at pehalgam was good. The Driver of cab was very nice . Recommend to use the same driver to all - Mr Mansoor(Innova cab) .

The Pahelgum hotel Home 2 was poor. Bad heating system, bad toilet arrangement. Very small room. Just a lodge, not hotel. Required to be replaced by better. House Boat average. Need improvement. Gulmarg Snow.

Ecerything else was managed good except cab driver was not cooperative. He did not took all places mentioned in itenary. Kashmir is heaven on earth.Loved the landscapes

Hotel in pahalgam was very good, but hotel in Srinagar was not a 3 star property as I was promised, Food and service were not up to the quality. Cab and Cab driver was excellent, He was friendly and informing. Service of travel agent was also fine. Zero point and zozi la pass

Horrible and pathetic car service. Transport was never at our disposal. The driver kept on lying the whole trip, he was more of commission agent. He even took money from us though he wasn't supposed to. He went away without even informing leaving us stranded

Everything was planned perfectly Great Hotels good cab driver but only there was no snowfall at that time wanted to really experience snowfall but my trip was very enjoyable Good Trip

Hotel: Requested for 3-star hotel but the hotels provided doesn’t have any facility even power was not available. Also have hygiene issues. Places: It was raining, so many places are skipped due to time constraint. Didn't helped for Kondala ride tickets would have been helpful if it was arranged. Food : Good, arranged properly and had few options. Cab: Driver was helpful in arranging local transport in Pagalgam and Gulmarg. Coordination: Travel agent was very responsive before payment and the tone and response changed after payment started saying no can’t be done even for small things. Overall booking experience was awesome, but travel experience was very bad. Thanks! Excellent climate !!
