              There was some communication issue from agent and hence we had to wait in the snow for 10-15 mins. Also, the updated hotel name was not shared in the itenary or mail, hence we landed at wrong hotel and again had to get the luggage offloaded and go the right hotel.

              Had a fantastic experience with Adorable tours and travels right from the beginning. A special shout out to Ms. Ishrat Khan for being so helpful, super fast responsive and taking feedback during the trip almost on daily basis. My entire family (3 couples) had an awesome experience (expect Snow bike cheats @ Gondola 1st phase activities zone, which was not a part of the package ofcourse) on all 7 days of the trip. Our representative / driver Mr. Wahid was also an amazing person who showed and suggested very good places throughout the trip. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better and flawless family vacation with parents. All thanks to Adorable Tours and Travels, Ms. Ishrat Khan (my travel advisor) and our representative/driver Wahid. Though I had a wonderful experience with Adorable tours and travels, I am totally disappointed with support from Travel Triangle, especially Manu Kaushik (travel Triangle Trip advisor), who was absolutely non responsive after my first installment was paid and a liar (multiple times he had his wife pick up the call and inform me that he's not at home after she said she would hand over the phone to him). I hope no one gets him as their travel advisor ! Chandanwadi Doodhpatri, and Gulmarg : such pretty and beautiful places!

              Our hotel arrangement in Srinagar was not good. After saying many times, we did not get any cooperation from the hotel. Most of the time there was no power supply at night.               One ot 2 rooms provided was too small even for 2 persons. And we had accommodated 3 persons by paying extra so our rooms should have been much bigger and comfortable. Our driver Mr. Sahil was very good and even our travels Ozzokashmir stand and owner was good and helped us throughout . Also changed our room once but then during booking itself I had mentioned that I need better rooms.               Hotels at Srinagar and Pahalgam also boat house at Dal lake was really good, but stay at Pahalgam Lidder resort was worst , no proper power backup it was too cold and we couldn’t rest proper , rest all services were so good, driver was too kind and he helped us to shop at the best places, eat at the best places also he gave very good intro about local things.               The trip was amazing except for the hotel at Katra heights. The hotel condition was very bad, the room was not clean. The room was full of moulds. The bedsheets and pillows were torn and they don't change the bedsheets daily the dinner was not in time. At the time of booking with the travel agent we had requested for Jain food but the hotel person could not provide later he provided rice dhal and chapati at 9.00 pm and more over to have dinner we need to walk 5 minutes to another place. Gulmarg, boat house Shikhar ride and sonmarg amazing
