One ot 2 rooms provided was too small even for 2 persons. And we had accommodated 3 persons by paying extra so our rooms should have been much bigger and comfortable. Our driver Mr. Sahil was very good and even our travels Ozzokashmir stand and owner was good and helped us throughout . Also changed our room once but then during booking itself I had mentioned that I need better rooms. But overall I would appreciate the travels Mr. Amir and Ms Ahana for their assistance and also the vehicle and its driver . Loved kashmir and gracious hosts. Thank You.

Thanks Mehvesh for your service. We feel that for hotels and cabs whatever we paid that was good else we were not going to get in that budget. Even we have paid 1600 rupees to driver which was looks like fruad done by driver but Mehvesh has done great job and she has resolve that concern, So thank you Mehvesh for that. Trip was excellent, very less snow in the season... Driver was very experienced and jolly, helped us very well in the trip. Stay was good except house boat stay. Travel agent was very active. Specially Pankaj Giri who took our complaint about stay and gave us better hotels for stay on the spot. thanks to all who made our trip wonderful

We enjoyed our trip to Kashmir although it did have some ups and downs. It was well planned and the overall experience was great Some good things: The travel agents were very flexible- from the starting of planning the tour to the end. Saima was very friendly and professional in the way she handled everything Even though some mistakes were made they were rectified quickly- I appreciate what you have done The driver's behavior was very good The Khaleel Palace was the best place they stayed throughout the travel total experience was good.The mini Switzerland, Gulmarg, pahalgam all the spots were perfect Horse rides to Mini Switzerland

We have planned our kashmir trip in peak season of late April and booked through Talha travels.. they have offered us competitive rates. Regarding experience, Stay at hotels is average, not as per 3*standars. Cab service and driver is also average and can be improved a bit regarding honesty and service of driver. Service of travel agent is good. Commitment done by travel agency is fullfilled. On last day, cab driver has refused to take us to a garden but as it was committed by travel agency, travel agency had paid for rikshaw charges for that distance.

Emaar Tours Booking Mishap Dampens Travel Experience I recently used Emaar Tours to book a group trip. While the overall experience was positive, a significant issue with our hotel reservation in Srinagar significantly impacted the enjoyment of our trip. Communication Breakdown: As a safety precaution, I confirmed our hotel bookings directly with each hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel in Srinagar denied having the number of rooms we were promised by Emaar Tours. Multiple Assurances, Unfulfilled Promise: Despite contacting Emaar Tours and receiving multiple assurances that they were rectifying the communication gap with the hotel, the situation remained unresolved until our arrival in Srinagar. Thankfully, after significant back-and-forth, the hotel finally provided the additional room we needed. Apology and Unsatisfactory Resolution: Emaar Tours apologized for the inconvenience but insisted the extra room would be at no additional cost. However, as the room was already included in our package, this did not adequately address the issue. Customer Shouldn't Bear Communication Burden: It is unacceptable that customers must resolve communication breakdowns between a travel agent's sales and booking teams. This lapse significantly impacted our group's experience and caused unnecessary stress and frustration. Unhelpful Escalation: Furthermore, escalating the issue to Travel Triangle, the platform used to book with Emaar Tours, yielded no assistance. My emails went unanswered, and no attempt was made to understand the situation. Overall: While other aspects of the trip were enjoyable, this experience highlights the importance of caution when considering Emaar Tours for future travel. Travelers should be aware of the potential for communication gaps and lack of support in resolving such issues.
