Cab driver was very accommodative and guided us properly which made our trip very memorable. He took us to all the spots at right time and gave clear information about all the places. His driving pproficiency was very goid. Hotel accommodation throughout the trip was very good. Visit to Pashupati, Nagarkot and Bhaktapur Palace Durbar were highlights of our trip.

I gave 5 star for our travel agent Mr Sumit Keyal. I am overwhelmed by his service and all the arrangements. My this trip motivated me to come back Nepal once again and next time too will definitely choose Snowyoda as my travel agent. Everything was memorable as it was my first time and arrangments were superb.

When I was booking the package I was quoted a different price .Then a higher price was quoted while I was doing the booking stating your hotel has been upgraded to 4 star.Though I was ok with previous hotel and then I was told that hotel doesn't have certain amenities. I was in rush and didn't have much time to negotiate I booked .Last day while I was leaving to airport my cab got changed to van which I never agreed for .I believe one should have quoted the price by checking everything without changing at last moment.

travel agent Subbu was extremely supporting. We have planned for Pokhara but could not went through due to the weather conditions, but Subbu helped us in arranging the accommodation for the next days, the new places which we can cover for the left out days, Overall my trip did not went very well due to weather conditions, But the support of the travel agent was extremely nice. I will recommend this for my other friends.

It was quite good. Driver was pro active and easily reachable. Travel agent was also quote active and immediately reachable. Though our flights were delayed travel agent helped us in sorting itenary quickly.

It was a memorable trip. It was an impromptu plan, but everything was so well managed on such a short notice. I really appreciate the timely responses. I booked it for my Parents and they really enjoyed a lot.

The overall trip was satisfactory. But services from your end was pathetic seems you are interested only in your commission. Definitely wouldn’t recommend you to anyone. In your next page i am giving 1 rating for my option of recommendation, but it isn’t accepting my rating. So in order to rate i am forced to give a higher rating

Hotel in Kathmandu is good but in pokhra property is new but sevage problem is there plus service is not up to mark Pashupati nath temple evening aarti n darsan Sun rise of pokhra chitwan culture dance

All hotels were at good location and Rooms were very clean. The Cab driver was very polite and guided us through out the tour with all necessary information throughout the tour. The meals provided in the hotels were good, but had limited option for Indian breakfast. Through out the trip was well booked and managed by the Travel Agent. Thanks for the awesome Service.

Our trip to Nepal was a mixed bag of memorable and things that could have been avoided. Let me start with the positives first: 1. Mr. Tripathi had structured the trip well. He had optimised the routes to ensure we spent more time sightseeing than on the road travelling. 2. The paper work for entry to Nepal was quick and we did not face any issue there. 3. The hotel bookings too were seamless and we did not find any issues during check-in and check-out. 4. He stood by to most of his commitments and was always a patient listener. 5. The driver knew the Nepal map at the back of his head and drove safely. The things that could have been better are: 1. The driver should be made aware of all the places that are to be covered. There were certain places that we were told to us but the driver wasn't aware and it always led to confusion. It always ended up with a call to Mr. Tripathi, thus wasting some time during the trip. 2. The driver had a habit of misleading us and had several conflicting arguments to avoid visiting a place despite having promised to us by the agent. He either acted unaware or said that the place wasn't accessible to Indian cabs or he wasn't aware of the route. All these excuses were proven to be lies as he subsequently blurted out that he had visited the place earlier. 3. The driver looked into his comfort than ours, he would first find a parking spot and then make us walk a considerable distance instead of dropping us at the gate and then finding a spot to park. I'm stating this as my parents are old and it was an issue making them walk the extra mile. 4. The driver had a bad habit of chewing pan masala and rolling down the window from time to time to spit out the same. Not only was it annoying but my dad sitting at the back seat was never able to open his side of the window due to this unhygienic behaviour. 5. On day 1, due to the pt. 2 we couldn't see many temples of Lumbini from inside as the place closes by 5:00 pm. On the last day to avoid visiting Doleshwar temple the driver lied that the temple we saw at Darbar Square was the one that we were looking for.

Thoroughly enjoyed the trip.. Cooperation from Sabuu was great.. Which helped in smooth and memorable trip to Nepal.. The stay was good in both the places.. Preferably pokhara.. Cab services were good too.. Do visit nepal and i recommend MD tours n Travels

Hi, We recently visited Nepal for my wedding Anniversary trip and Nirmala was our Travel representative. She is really very supportive and sounds trustworthy person. Its good for company to have such representative. The entire trip were perfectly arranged by her. The only thing I want to mention here. Its better to have more good and interactive driver. I found the way the driver was talking to us not that great. He was saying he is a local driver but we didn't find that is true. Although, we ignored him otherwise rest of the things were really great. We enjoyed alot. Kuti Hotel complementary dinner was really tasty. I will surly be booking future trips from we care if we find the good deal again. I found Aryatara hotel staff is much better than Kuti resort. However rooms were really clean and good in both the hotels. Also assigned car were really comfortable and good. Overall the trip were 10/10. I would also suggest other people to book your trips from we care for sure. Thanks we care and travel triangle :)
