We were well before time at boarding gates and everything was smooth till then. I had time so called driver and checked from him about the car and space availability which he told the amount of luggage you have and number of passengers will not fit. I got confused as I was assured about the same from my travel agent for whom there was a awesome feedback provided by many previous vacationers. I was shell shocked and frustrated knowing the miss communication she passed on. With lot of to and fro calls and justifying my stand she understood the pain I will go through. After much deliberation and behaving like a typical travel agent for a while which I made sure she should not behave and provide me the best in class service. She obliged and provided with me the solution with no extra charge which was commendable from her end. All the permits and arrangement was done in well advance and I don't have to ask my travel agent about anything as she has arranged everything perfectly well. Reify services are good from the first interaction with manager till the last interaction with my travel agent Nikitha. I would surely recommend you to book your package with Reify. My first Snowfall experience and adventure at Sela Pass on snow covered roads.

I would like to share my Northeast travel experience with you. It was a 10 days family trip that covered most of the places in Assam and Meghalaya. First off, I want to express my gratitude to Ms. Nikita Chauhan from Reify for being our travel agent and expertly planning the vacation. One of the visitors who had previously travelled and enjoyed the tour gave me her contact information. And I promise to keep up this cycle and provide her referrals from all of my known colleagues and friends who have tour plans in the future. The hotels that were booked was decent to meet our expectations and provided us with a comfortable stay. Secondly, our chauffeur Mr. Jittu Moni Das was extremely friendly and used to drive cautiously. The vehicle was kept clean and drives smooth. Overall it was an amazing tour which packed bundle of sweet memories that lasts till eternity. A big shout out to everybody who contributed in making this tour a great success! Thank you!!

It was a trip planned as per our requirements by Indeman Travel Solutions. Mr Sunny Chaurasia who made it such a great tour. He was in constant touch from the time of planning. The best of the hotels were booked and the Vehicle also was good. The Driver Mr Boaln Daka was great in negotiating the winding roads in Arunachal, his skills were too good on the narrow road to Dwaki and back with heavy dumpers along the route. Special Thanks to Mr Sunny for keeping in touch throughout the tour.

Stay was good except for Iamanlong Resort in Shillong. Driver was good, but inexperienced. That's still okay. The company he worked for didn't fill petrol in bulk and every morning we had to wait at petrol pump as the owner would directly send the money to the petrol pump qr code and then the petrol would be filled. That was nuisance. Travel agent was good. Almost all our need were accounted to. But giving a different stay in Shillong just for one day was not acceptable. The places are surreal

We as a family of four with two kids had an amazing experience with our trip to meghalaya-kazhiranga . Right from the word go it was extremely meticulously planned by Miss.Nikhita chauhan from Reify. She patiently explained the pro s and cons of all the places we wanted to visit, chose extremely good stays and co ordinated very well throughout the holidays trouble shooting all that could possibly go wrong. We whole heartedly want to thank Nikita for such an amazing job. The process was smooth and transparent while booking , the transfers were very well managed. I would like to thank our driver for ten days, Rabha Phool chand who was our guide cum an experienced driver in some of the testing and difficult terrains. He was very polite, sincere and honest and his suggestions with local food and culture never disappointed us. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the team for making our holidays truly enjoyable and filled with memorable experiences!

Hello team of travel triangle, The uphoria Travels the service agent of our 11 days tour for Assam meghalaya arunachal is really best & experience was so good. Even we didn't meet him personally, but all services like hotels, MEP plans, other arrangements was best. From our side we are giving him 5 star rating. The 10 lucky star Bomdila & Dolmakhansgar Tawang home stays was really very nice. Best hospitality, best food , best cleanliness. The owners & staffs behavior was just like homely nature.

Woodland hill stay (shillong) was an ok resort ambience and facilities wise. Magpie chestnut (Pelling) was a very good location with good rooms but the food was really average over there. Magpie had a very limited menu with below average taste of food. Highly recommended for location otherwise. Best place in terms of food + stay was Udaan Woodberry (Gangtok). The hotel in cherrapunii (smoky falls) also had a very good location althou the room was very small. The shillong hotel also did not provide an additional side fan (they just provided one side fan) as they said switching on two fans would lead to tripping of electricity. One suggestion is for places in Shillong to start having ceiling fans or at least provide thin bedsheets so room doesn't feel hot at night time. Cherranpunji and pelling hotel views, Nathu La trip, sky walk in pelling, comfortable stay in Gangtok.
