Overall the services were good. Had a pleasant trip with my family. We enjoyed the stay at hotels & houseboat. Cab driver was very humble & helpful. Our stay at Spices Lap, Thekkady was a memorable stay & the behaviour of driver (Mr Sajeev) was excellent, he was always ready for services even beyond our itinerary schedule.

Cab driver was very punctual and cooperative. Hotels were averaged to good( kovalam avg, munnar good), the complaint is only that, the cab alloted us were very much old. During driving it catched up smoke by engine, when we called travel agent she neither received our call nor call us back. Anyways, the overall experience was good especially as per price point. Alleppy beach, munnar hills, Thekkady jungle safari was interesting.

Everything ok but in house boat cleanliness is less where towel and blankit are not clean and also hotel in cherai towel is not clean otherwise everything ok

Trip was memorable, covered almost every destinations planned by travel agent. Driver was helpful and we felt secured, his time management is so good but there were lot of communication gap. Houseboat trip

Our kerela trip experience was awesome. And the cab driver Prathosht allotted to us was very nice person he always has concern about our safety and showed us all view points. Our first ever houseboat experience at Alleppey was awesome . Thanks alot for making our honeymoon trip memorable

Overall experience is good...the best part of the trip was house boat..... Some food issue in cherai bcz it is very deficult to find pure vegetarian food in cherai Houseboat was the best experience

In our entire journey cab driver behave is not good and healthy,he is also not cooperative all time he is trying to influence on the way that he is trying to earn money . Also not sure seeing all as per itenary and only woodnote resort behave is so good and also some green cave hotel is medium all other hotel and house boat is not good

Perfect trip ! I am elated with the service provided . The driver was an amazing person and showed us around . He helped us when my mother got sick at the trip. Periyar meadows hotel Thekkady staff ( Mr. Kumar ) was a kind and a down to Earth person . We went trekking in the deep jungle of Periyar Tiger reserve . It was a memorable experience.

Trip was really good! Mathew Sir (cab service) who took us sightseeing was very warm & friendly. He ensured we could cover as much places as we could given the short span of time. Gaurav from GSK world kept in touch throughout our trip to ensure that all arrangements were proper. All in all it was a wonderful & relaxing experience in God's own Country - Kerala Safari and back water boating

Amazing trip arranged and well coordinated. Hotels were overall nice but could have been better in Thekaddy. Cab was old but the driver was very good and ensured our comfort. Overall a great experience visiting God’s own country
