    Arrangement is very good as promised. In hotel and boathouse service is good. But complimentary food in both resort and boathouse is very simple and normal food. Not even kerala spl food. That is like idly dosa, rice Dhal. If it would be kerala food or any spl food that would be great. Candle light dinner complimentary promised was not happened.     Dear Travel Traingle, I am writing to share my feedback on our recent trip to Kerala, which was organized by your agency. Overall, the trip was amazing, and we appreciate the efforts put in by your team to make it a memorable experience. The cab provided was excellent, and the driver was punctual and supportive throughout the journey. However, we faced a significant issue with the language barrier, which hindered our ability to communicate effectively with the driver. Despite assurances that the driver would be conversant in Hindi and English, we encountered difficulties in obtaining detailed guidance and instructions. We relied heavily on the itinerary provided, but unfortunately, it was not thoroughly explained to us. As a result, we had to repeatedly ask the driver about our next destination, which was disappointing. Regarding our hotel stays, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Alleppey and Kovalam. However, our experience in Varkala was marred by a delay of over half an hour in confirming our booking. Furthermore, the air conditioning in our room was not up to the mark, and the bathroom was congested. In conclusion, while we enjoyed our journey, there are areas that require improvement. We suggest providing more effective local-level guidance and ensuring that drivers are more interactive and communicative.     Service in spice jungle resort is good and food in that restaurant is not satisfied very limited variety of food too..     We had a great time in Kerala for four days. We booked our trip from Raisoone Travels. We have enjoyed all the safari points in the Munnar and backwaters boating was superb. The guide cum driver was very much co-operative, active, punctual, jovial and very humble person. He took us to all the possible places as he can. We were just missed the hot air balloon drive in the Munnar due to heavy wind and also the Ervikulam National Park due to time constraint. The only disappointment is that house boat would have been a better one...and food was average in the houseboat. And on the last day of our trip the a/c was not working in the car due to some battery problem. Otherwise the trip is very superb and nice.. The best memories of our trip is the Bamboo Dale Resort which is a tree house. In the night we have enjoyed by seeing the moon and stars in the middle of the jungle from the room window which was a memorable night. I was very much excited. The other best moment is night stay on the boat and a coracle ride in the Munnar.
