Georg's 4 days trip to Kerala

Overall very good experience. Some suggestions to improve: But you should communicate to customers by TravelMania or TravelTriangle, not both, because it is confusing. I had shared my itinerary with flight numbers, arrival time and where I came from with you, but obviously you did not forward it to the driver. So he was waiting for me at international arrivals instead of domestic arrivials. Houseboat was nice, but you should have explained the difference between a single and multy-bedroom boat (the latter cannot go into small canals and rivers). Payment issues were on my side, but additionally to credit card you should perhaps offer PayPal. Reaction times were superb and I always felt supported very well.

      1. Agent given us the diver details at the last moment. Needed multiple reminder to do that plus Travel Triangle intervention 2. We asked for a English speaking driver. The driver though polite and friendly, knew little English 3. We asked for all 4 star accommodation including the boat house one. Except the Munnar Cloud casstle, rest were barely at the 4 star. God's own coumtry, (Kerala) have some meaning. Kerala sightseeing and boat house was an unique experience

Planning part with Janit from J2square has been totally patience and understanding and responsive to all the queries and concerns, he kept my excitement upbeat totally 2. Hotel ambience at Munnar 3. Driver helping in preparing the itinerary daily according to my mother health 4. Driver helping my mother for mobility as she was having problems in her leg. 5. All spots and roads he took us to were amazing

I was not impressed with the hotel near munnar and the fact that I had been booked with no air con. Room was hot and stuffy. The boat at alleppy was very good. The service of the team on board was great. My driver was great too. Sometimes we had trouble speaking but he had a great sense of humour and we cold have a laugh. Contact with the agent was speedy when it had something to do with money otherwise I wasn't overly impressed. I got tired of the emails always asking if I wanted to book a tour. Inwas on a tour. The beautiful scenery and the hard work of my driver to make sure I was enjoying myself.

Program was done as asked. Hôtel in Munnar was very good. Confortable and good breakfast. A pitty that there was noy internet in the room! Driver was nice person and he knew perfectly where to go and visit. Agent was reactive and professionnal. I higly recommend. Great sightseeing in Munnar. The black waters very peaceful and nice. I would love to have all included during the tour rather than paying to go to the sunset or if i wanted other thing to dîner instead of chicken. It always look like if you were ony interested in money. our.
