Everyone this was alright but in hotel which we stay for 2 first days had a leaked toilet futher, our cab driver don't know Hindi But main issue was the houseboat we booked it was in bad condition with very limited ac service available and we weren't told about any of boathouse conditions and services

Hi travel trangle. This is my first experience with travel trangle. Very good agency and best support. The hotel booking is smooth and no problem when visited to hotels. Excellent coordination of tye travel trangle. One important suggestion is while travelling from Cochin to munnar , munnar to tekkedi and tekeddi to back water it takes 4 to 5 hours at each destination. There us also limitation of speed lock. So when I m returning back from back water to Cochin airport where I m expecting to cover places in kochi, we are failed to even cover single place due to time constraints which driver has told that if we leave at 7 am we would b able to cover the places. So my genuine request is ask driver to told one day advance to leave hotel at 7am or 8 am sothat no traveller should missed out places. As no such specific information given we left hotel with leisure and resulted into missing visiting places. So drivers should b trained and told to share in advance approx time reqd to travel and plan early moving from hotel at 7 am.

It was very good experience since the day I started planning my trip. I was planning for New Year's Eve, so it was difficult to find good stays but Travel Triangle partner found good and cost efficient plan within short span of time. Special kudos to Pallavi Pandey from Travel Unbounded who managed to get bookings within few hours before the hotels got sold out. The driver was extremely friendly and knew his job well. The cab driver (Mr.Anup) was very very nice. He guided us wonderfully throughout our journey and thanks god the driver was so helpful. But we were pretty disappointed with Capital travel as the agent hardly communicated with us. We were constantly seeking information like drivers phone number, what documents we were supposed to submit, location of houseboat and we got response only after repeated queries from our end.
