I had Great experience from booking to execution and experience of tour package to Kerala with Travel Triangle Anshu helped us select the right Itiniery keeping in mind the affordability and convenience. Our Driver Sameer was very helpful and friendly and guided us well throughout the tour covering all the spots throughout the day. All the hotel properties selected were very good and was as per our expectations. In terms of area of improvement, I would say the the Houseboat should have been better that this. The look and the facilities at the houseboat was better than us for most of our fellow traveller's and was at a lesser price. However, the self cooked food served at the houseboat was amazing. Once again thank you very much Back2travels for the amazing unforgettable experience.

It was really a good experience travel with family it was first time with my family outing, Travel unbound provided deal was really a good deal we have really enjoyed it alot. Thanks to Mamta who had arranged the travel plan and suggested some places which i was not aware of.

They organized the trip neat and well in ahead and as expected. Just make sure you do your research before you confirming the itenary. Because the more info you ask them the more your plan get refined as per your need. They do not share much info until you ask for it.

We had a mixed experience. Travel triangle helped well to connect with multiple travel vendor. We went with BALAJI VACATIONS AND TOURISM. We knew what hotels we are going so we asked quote for those hotels. Amberdale in Munnar, premium valley view room. This was the best hotel we had in trip. Thakkedey we stayed at Amritara Shalimar Spice garden - this was ok - uou get tropical natural surroundings. Only issue we had was with hot water that comes and go due to the capacity. Don’t go for boating in thakkedey - it is a ferry big boat ride not that great. Alleppey we stayed in house boat. That company was selected by the Balaji agent - WORST STAY EVER. This was the last day of our trip. It was very bad - no hot water, flush in bathroom not working, rooms and overall very old boat. (Though food was good). Agent should be transparent about this and shouldn’t select house boat with no basic amenities. I don’t recommend BALAJI VACATIONS AND TOURISM just because of the house boat experience. I wish I did some research on it and told them what to book. Car experience: first day at cochi driver came to pick up - they charged extra to pick up twice as we were 2 couples arrived different time. Driver didn’t take us to places mentioned in our journey. He was like those are not good places. Then he took us to some lake that has boating - when we reached we didn’t like it and went to other place. Maybe there was some commission they are getting from that private lake boating. If they didn’t take us to listed places - shouldn’t charge us for pick up twice, as they didn’t took us listed places. Next day we had different driver and car, new driver was nice guy - he recommended good places also the local show in thakkedey was good he recommended. One issue was - they don’t allow to keep the window open even in nice hill areas. If you need to experience the natural breeze make sure to discuss about it earlier so you don’t get surprise. Overall it was good - mainly the house boat the one thing we leave up to the agent not good. That makes me to not trust them for next trip. Amberdale hotel - perfect stay and view. Marshalart snd cultural folk dance in thakkedey.

House boat in aleppey was a big disappointment, what we see in pictures and what we recieved is totally different. There were six families in sharing boat and the only 3 staff who don't understand English or Hindi. The food provided was bad and by the time we went for taking food some items were over . The driver: his duty of dropping at the required place was done promptly. We had a kid of 5 who was having vomiting sensation due to the ghat road, irrespective of noticing this he didn't halt anywhere. His primary duty was to drive non stop n drop us. Aranyaka Resort was good.

Houseboat washroom floor tiles are coming out and water is not coming proper on tap. Food was very normal and we have requested for paneer vegetable and they have denied to prepare it. They haven't taken houseboat in morning for 1 hour in backwater as well. Munnar and Kovalam are the best place to visit.

The travel agent if very helpful and has planned our trip well we were not satisfied with mountain courtyard in thekkadi but otherwise the trip was awesome Very happy with all the support provided by J square holidays . We had a pleasant Kerala trip .Thank you

First time i used to book the travel pacakge. The can drive mr. Mohammed was very nice and kind person. I choose the pacakge from Mr. RITIK from Rivas travel. He give me all the good information about trip and good cost price hotel stay also.

The stay was good except at alleypi where I was told 4 star houseboat is booked but when I saw the house boat it was third class the ride also was not good they did not cover all the areas of back water , we asked for sunset view but it was refused I will not recommend house boat at all Also at the last day there was gap for payment which created confusion

A Good trip but there were few let downs. The first was the boat house, which had very basic facilities and furnishing, not as per expectation. Second the cab driver was not really interested in the sightseeing. Tried to made excuses there will be rush in Cochin and tried to suggest we skip the sightseeing. Zero sightseeing guidance , we had to rely on our own research. I had to call him every night to figure the next days schedule. The booking experience with them was good and their people were responsive.

Hotel could have been better in thekkady. Though a very good hotel but we were given smallest room as they had full occupancy. It was extremely suffocting because we were with our child. The room had no window. We requested for room change and next day we got much better room. However for an entire day we had to survive in that small room though we paid full. Hence wud not recommend that hotel Elephant ride and elephant rain in thekkady. Also loved allepey hotel

I had booked a package through TravelTriangle agent namely Comfort Destinations (CD). But the experience with CD was poor. 1. CD missed to timely close all points from his end; therefore, the driver in Kerala miscommunicated with us and demanded extra cash for moving any further in Kochi. The final itinerary planned for my travel was not communicated to the driver; therefore the driver asked for extra cash for taking us to any sightseeing in Cochin. 2. I had requested several times in writing that we require only a Premium Houseboat in Alleppey backwater. But CD offered me a Deluxe Houseboat with AC installed therein (and informed me that the Deluxe Houseboat with AC is called as Premium Houseboat). Though we paid for Premium House but CD made us to stay in Deluxe houseboat. This houseboat had many other issues also like - (i) we were not given any AC remote to control room temperature, (ii) Power sockets in the room were broken and were risky, (iii) Fans in both rooms were noise because fans' bearings were broken inside.
