Postcard Trip has been remarkable in arranging our Kerala trip few days ago. Mahima Sharma from Postard Trip was very cooperative in listening to our requirements and arrange the entire tour plan, hotel etc. Ajesh Mohan was our driver and companion during the entire trip and his recommendations/tips about the shopping places, restaurants etc was top notch. Both Mahima and Ajesh are kind of people whom keep their customers happy and bring more business to the company. Only thing that could have been better was the Houseboat at Aleppy where we could feel that facilities were not up to the mark. Otherwise it was as a trip to remember. House Boat: Cons I would like to bring you in notice that House boat condition was below average and it was very difficult to stay with family.Even the air conditioning system was pathetic.Most importantly bed size was very small for my kids. Pros: -Food taste was very good in house boat. Rest full trip was well planned and the Hotels in Kochi, Munnar & Thekkady was good. -Driver and cab was in Full condition and very well mannered

It was amazing, unforgettable trip. Hotels and Houseboat was good but meals on house boat was not upto the mark. Rest all was arranged very nicely. Cab driver Mr. Leeju was good and informative. Over-all good experience.

While booking the trip with travel triangle, the agents have told us that our driver would be experienced and he will guide us for all the sightseeing places. But our driver was a 19-year-old boy with some language barrier. Though he was a good driver, he has got good driving skills, he was humble but he was not knowing about the sightseeing places to visit except Munnar. We spent a lot of time in searching the places to visit which was not expected. Travel triangle poc and agent poc were supposed get in touch with us while we were in the journey, as per their commitment, but it did not happen. Travel triangle agent did not bother to reply us over a mail, we tried calling her but no luck. First day of our journey, in Cochin, we waited for 45 mins in the lobby area just because our booking was not confirmed. After I asked the agent, she replied - "Sir you were the one who wanted a hotel in Cochin. I told you in the beginning itself that you should take any of our hotels in Cochin." Is it mandatory to choose the hotel from the list agent has? If we would have booked the hotels from their list then we would have got better service? All the hotels we searched were really good, I would recommend my friend's. Our journey was good, we have gathered a lot of good memories from Kerala.

It was a great Trip to kerala with J square holidays. Mr. Janit arranged for us. It was a 5 Night 6 Day Packege. We had a great time. The best part of the tour was Driver provided to us, he has all the knowledge of good vegetarian hotels during the trip. The hotels provided were also good. Overall it was a worthy trip The Driver He knew everything about our places, Munnar, Thekkady, Alleppey, Kovalam and Trivendrum. He knew exactly where to go for vegetarian food. He was very calm and humble. Played Hindi songs for us. Great Experience

Great tour package of Kerala taken from Tour and Journey travel Mr. Ankit was coordinating my tour program very well build and very well delivered by Ankit over all 4 star from my side I am not giving 5 star because of Kochi hotel and house boat they were not good rest 5 star performence 1-Dew drop farm hotel in Munnar its in outer of munnar almost 25 KM but if u avail it u will not regret what a property it is 2- Jeep safari in thakkaday (Tamil nadu) jeep safar which will take u on border of tamil nadu and the view from there is un-parallel 3-Woodnote stay at Thekkady is great

Overall experience good but stay arrangements at Munnar hotel *Prince De Munnar* was not upto the mark. I never recommend Hotel Prince de Munnar to anyone. The location where stay was of two days Hotel expected to be good. Neither break fast not hotel room. Ernakulam National park was ultimate

Overall it was average experience. Many time observe there was lack of coordination in trip from agent side. There was no intimation from travel agent about ticket of places like boating/rafting in Priyar wildlife or national park ticket I have to book online in advance due to this negligence few prominent activities i missed. Overall trip was fine.

"The trip booked from Postcard started from Cochin airport. The driver a.k.a guide was really nice person and the car was pretty clean and maintained We then checked into the hotel 'The dunes continental' in Cochin before 11. The staff was nice and actually allowed us check-in way before normal time which was kind of a boon. Although the room and food could have been better but services were really nice Next day, we started around 9 in the morning towards Munnar. It took around 4.5 hours to reach. The way to Munnar is beautiful and we really enjoyed that. We checked into hotel ' Princess de Munnar ' around 2. They honoured our request to provide a balcony room and the room and it's ambience was beautiful. The food was also good overall and the staff was nice although could have been better in couple of instances. We went to a nearby amusement park on the day and it was okayish experience. The next day we headed towards Munnar and watched various sightseeings. Munnar is really beautiful and could have been explored for another day. 4th day, we started towards Thekkedy where the way from Munnar to Thekkady is one of the most beautiful road i have seen. The lush green area on both side of the road is a treat to our eye. We reached the hotel around 1 and then went to national park just after checking in. The national park is beautiful and you should explore boat experience if get some time. We came back around 4 and then went to have a elephant ride followed by marshal art and Kathakali shows. Overall it was nice experience. Next day we headed towards Alleppey which is quite far but a beautiful way. We reached around 2 in houseboat. They upgraded our room to fulltime AC and staff was really helpful with us. Overall trip was a good experience and value for money. I will recommend Postcard trip for kerela trip as it was really nice experience"

Houseboat washroom floor tiles are coming out and water is not coming proper on tap. Food was very normal and we have requested for paneer vegetable and they have denied to prepare it. They haven't taken houseboat in morning for 1 hour in backwater as well. Munnar and Kovalam are the best place to visit.
