            Oveall great memories. Travel trangle helped to find right trip. However I can see more opportunities to customize the plan. Pappukutty resort is not good for family, Prince the Munnar hotel room was difderent than what has given in photo. Kanyakumari , Munnar, Povar ireland. Jatayu park. Thekkady shows.

            Overall experience was good and satisfactory. Only concern regarding the hotels which were not good and maintained properly as per their star rating. Like Princess de munnar (room quality and frequently power cut issues) , karar garden & Unwind hotel ( no any electric catle provided), Millennium Continental ( AC was not working properly due to which loads of time went into changing the room & discussion with hoteliers) Hotels could be better for hassle free stay Munnar & Thekkady Sightseeing

            It was amazing experience. Tour was well planned and arranged. No any suggestion is required. Cab driver Prasad was very friendly, gentle and nice person. I really enjoyed with him. I will again choose travel triangle and comfort destination for my next trip. Hotels location in Thekkady, Marari beach and Kovalam was perfect. Hotel in Munnar was very far. House boat stay was perfect and very fine service in Alleppey. Overall pleasant and memorable experience in KERALA.

            We had a family trip to Kerela arranged with GOD via the traveltriangle portal. Ms Loveneet was extremely helpful and understanding since the beginning of the process which made it much easier to chose them over other travel advisors.             In Munnar, booked hotel was good, all 3 rooms we’re having different views so not all the friends were happy, hotel property was great with lots of activities available within resort, bathrooms were too small,. Thekkady property was good with same view for all 3 rooms. Kovalam property was also good, as it was 3 star property the limited services were available. So overall trip was fine. Driver was unable to speak Hindi and very little English, Again driver was not much co-operative, he used to lost temper during evening times , he could have said politely but instead he used to raise his voice, so 2.5 rating for driver Travel agent helped a lot throughout journey whenever needed assistance.

            My review on this entire trip is 3, felt expensive. Day 1 &2- Trivandram to Kovalam. Rooms were not arranged though we had said we are coming early. We had to shell additional money and make alternate arrangements. Later checked in to neelkantha, good location and awesome view. Walking is more, not suggested for old aged people. Rooms are old , and we had leakages, they changed room upon request. Overall kovalam experience was 4/5 Day 3- Kovalam to Alleppey. Last minute location was changed to kumarakom, not sure if it was to save money. Boat house was old and add wood powder falling on us whole night. We didnt have any other option, so had to survive. The only good was food and people. Boat house-2/5 Food and people-5/5 Day 4- thekkedy Best stay and food of entire itenary.  5/5 Day 5&6- Munnar Day 5- hotel cant be rated even as 2 star , ad no proper arrangement for food and leisurely activities. Later upon request hotel was changed and it was pretty ok for day 6 its 4/5 Day 7- Guruvayoor Ok, cant expect much from temple town after seeing all 6 days experience Day 8- cochin Very bad hotel, infact no proper service and have language barrier Overall my trip planning experience with travel triangle is 3/5.             Day 1 Munnar: Hotel is far way from main munnar. This is impossible to take dinner from outside. Hotel is good. Day 2 Munnar: Sight seeing is ok. Driver is very helpful. Water service is not available inside cab. Day 3 Thekkady: Hotel is outstanding, food is average. Day 4 Alleppey house boat: Below average quality of house boat. Staff are co-operative. Food is poor, they have fixed menu. Day 5 & 6: They have promised to give see facing room, but gave partial see facing budget room. We have to pay 2500/- extra for sea facing room. I have called agent but they said that please arranged your self. Overall experience is good but should be better if travel agency gave support us. Trip of Kanyakumari
